So far the only clear blaster I have found is a Shadow ICS (Covered it in Blaster Bargains Episode 2) and a clear maverick that was in bad shape and they wanted too much so I didn't take it. But I will definitely remember you if I see one!

I agree. It’s the only roughcut variant I’m missing. Both the green and the orange.

I actually have both, but I’m gifting the orange one to my brother and keeping the green one for myself. In my opinion, the green one looks the best.

That's awesome! I shot it a few nights ago and loved the performance and ergonomics ot of the box. I also love Excel darts they are like the perfect length and shape. Hugely underrated!

@@notnuffnerf have you got your hands on any of the new X-shot skins with the new darts, they are actually pretty cool, remind me of the Adventure Force Pro darts except the long version

@@notnuffnerf no they are more like the AF short darts with the hole in the middle, except full length. You know the full length darts you get with Nexus they are almost exactly like that! I agree though anytime I see Xshot darts at Ross you know those 200 carriers they sell I always grab those! They shoot alot faster than regular full lengty

Trust me, I felt EXACTLY as you did when I started watching blaster and Nerf thrifting videos here on YT. I saw these guys in Ohio actually turning down Stryfes because there was just too many on the shelves and they already had too many in their collection. It made me sick to my stomach. I started thinking it was a Florida thing since we are the sunshine state and people love to do outdoor sports and hobbies so I thought maybe people just hold onto their Nerf blasters and don’t get rid of them. However, I did not give up on the challenge. I expanded my search from 100 mile radius pushed it further to 200 mile radius then eventually 300 mile radius. Eventually Blasters started popping up here and there and now I find them at every other Goodwill depending on the day I go. I think timing and luck does play some kind of role in these thrifting runs. I think the challenge pulled me in and I didn’t give up until I found my first blaster and it’s been smooth sailing since then. Not going to lie there are times in which I go to every single goodwill in my route and it’s abysmal without a single blaster. But more often than not, you will find something. It might be a seasonal thing, it might also just be a timing thing… just keep at it and you will find something .

@@notnuffnerf I hear ya. I live on the MS gulf coast and that's basically the stretch I usually go and can only go. I have a big SUV with a V8 and the gas just isn't worth it to chance coming up empty handed. But I might hit up some places tomorrow just to see with no expectations that way I'll either come out pleasantly surprised if I do find something or I just got out and did something at least.

@@notnuffnerf A little update, but I didn't have any luck at Goodwills. But I scored a 10 blaster mini haul for only 15 bucks on marketplace, including a Hyperfire, Villainator, Excel Turbo Advance, Fortnite DG, Alphahawk and a few others. So I was very happy with that. Dude said he didn't care about the price, his son just wanted room in his closet and they had nowhere else to put them. lol

@@LandauTST good score! Caption Xavier calls those “Arms Deals” 🤣. I think I have one good one of those deals under my belt. It was a big family where the kids moved on and they even let me keep the giant Rubbermaid tote that opened like a chest (not sure what those are called). But got a lot of goodies in there! I’m not on Facebook, but I definitely see some good stuff on OfferUp all the time. Great update!
