Odin has opened up the Ashlands in Valheim, adding new lands, enemies, and craftables! I'm starting fresh with a new game in Valheim as we work through the content to get to the Ashlands.
A brutal exploration and survival game for 1-10 players, set in a procedurally-generated purgatory inspired by viking culture. Battle, build, and conquer your way to a saga worthy of Odin’s patronage!

You may be able to create some additional comfort items, bigger fireplace, throne, ect

Note:if you’re resource collecting before stream, you should try setting the resource rate to 3X in the starting menu. You can set it back. I usually do that for resource collecting in any biome below the mountains. I have upgraded Ashlands gear and food, resource collection without the real possibility of something murdering me is just too boring.

definitely. Most people have no issue with streamers increasing gather rates to eliminate the grind on stream

Adds are axiomatic in Valheim though; it is wise to always plan/fight with adds in mind, then be happy if they don't happen. I love the attack variation devs put into mobs, especially the larger ones, then even if one learns those attacks, there's always the adds that introduce a few more variations. Even a graydwarf throwing a stone can knock off the timing one has going with a troll for instance. Not so complicated as say Elden Ring but not straightforward by any means either...just right; most of the time...not so sure about Ashlands yet.

No map is super fun tbh. You have to be aware of your terrain and set up markers and guidelines and such. Love it :P

Hi Fox, there's a 'Take all' button in the top left of the corpse inventory (or any other inventory).

I saw someone create a macro for their mouse button (they had extra buttons) that spammed the E key 25 times to load a smelter or kiln almost instantly.

That’s useful, though they should still just have something like holding the button down for a moment to load all

@@CrypticFoxGaming They kind of do, it'll continue to add items as you hold E. It is a bit slower than spamming it though.

@@CrypticFoxGaming Holding the e key down does load automatically...one at a time, but at least no spamming is needed. AzuCraftyBoxes is great not only for crafting from chests but shift-e loads processing stations instantly.

@@digbyodell2924 yeah just just super slow that way. I'd rather spam the button haha. I meant load all at once when held.
