Our Story:
We are six years into a seven year effort of transforming 20 acres of "Piney Grove" in Northwest Florida into our dream homestead/mini farm to be filled with animals and joy. @@PineyGroveHomestead I know one but med problems keeps me from doing most things. After being stationed by large cities, country living is where I need to be. So tired of neighbors only feet away. Growing up our closest neighbor was 1/4 mile away. Sure miss that.

Great maintenance tips there! I really need to get better at just doing a pre trip inspection. Maybe I wouldn’t run around with a busted HST fan for ages…. Lol. I could definitely find a use for a grapple too! I had to laugh when the stack all rolled out of the bucket. 😂🤣

Concrete floor is a real good indicator if you have have leaks! What's the chances that not one branch stayed in the bucket??? Thanks for watching, Lucas.

I don’t have a grapple myself. But when I have similar load I usually just toss a small ratchet strap around the bucket. It works pretty well, though it takes an extra minute or two to put on.

If you don't have a grapple yet and you want one as tough as nails, take a look at Everything Attachments Wicked Root Rake Grapples. They don't pay me, but they are built as tough as nails. You'll bend your tractor before you damage their grapple. Keep up the good work!

lol. You looked defeated by that load loss. I don't have a grapple either, but I do use a utility trailer to move brush and wood around our place.

Very defeated! My pallet forks would have worked better for that job. At some point, I've got to gather all these logs that don't rot and burn them...hope I have a grapple by then! B&D

Well Brad, I don't know if I can express how much a grapple saves you vs how much it costs. I figure I do around 10 times in a day with my grapple that it would take without one. They're expensive, but you'll use it constantly and it will save your back as well as your time.

Hey Gary. A third function and a grapple would be nice. I need to find some time to borrow my neighbor's L3901 with a grapple and see how I like it first. Lots of things competing for time and money right now!! B&D

As a Kubota owner this tool has been a great accessory for the Kubota. It’s called a Ratchet Rake. Kind of a poor man grappler. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1NPrDdI1Nfc.html
