Clearing The Emotions Of The Past Meditation 

That was great! It really did calm my mind, around an attachment I thought I had dissolved, but it keeps resurfacing. So, now I have this practice, to further me along, in this process.

I just had an interesting synchronicity ..an hour before seeing your advert for your full moon activation webcast I’d been talking about an open and closed hand in connection to riding horses - I always get told off when I have a lesson for not closing my hand on the rein…and for some reason I always have it quite open, yet I thought today at the gym when I use a cable handle that I have a good strong grip..it was so interesting that you were talking about the open/closed hand as it kind of jumped out at me from the.screen
