It does what I need it to do. No regrets. I like it for around the homestead and I’ve done several jobs away from home with it. A drum mulcher probably does a better/finer job but it’s all in expectation and price. Drum mulcher is 3x cost.
@@eric91780 Thanks for the reply, good to know! Am thinking of using that mulcher on a similar machine for pine trees in the 4-10" Diameter range. Do you think this type of setup would get the job done?
@@oriordansproductions6802 Hard to say from my experience because I have no pine to test that out. It does handle the hard stuff I'm working on up to 6" but it can get a little slow because it loses power and you have to let it get spun up to a high rpm to go back in and shred some more.
