Try it at home, and you will agree this is one amazing submarine sandwich!

YOU NEED (FOR THE SUB BUN):
1 sachet active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. warm water
3 Tbsp. butter cold
1 Tbsp. salt
YOU NEED (TO ASSEMBLE 1 SUB):
1 12"sub bun
4-6 slices of white cheese like Emmental, Provolone, Gruyere, Swiss, Mozzarella, etc.
4-5 slices of tomato
thinly sliced onion to taste
salt and pepper to taste
generous heaping of shredded iceberg lettuce
Italian dressing to taste (I like a lot)
5 rounds of salami
4-5 slices of ham (depending on size)
5 rounds or squares of luncheon meat such as garlic pork
