@@lucillereneebrown8786 She was concerned the whole time. You could tell that she took the whole event seriously and showed concern. She was happy to hear that he was alive and then asked about him again and then when she found out that he passed away you could tell she was affected by that. I think at times she tried to forget the situation she was in by talking to the officers and you could tell she was really in her head about what happened on the drive to the jail. She definitely did not seem to have been intoxicated.

If she wasn’t under the influence, it becomes an accident. Now whether she was at fault is another issue. However the prosecutor declined to prosecute. Has nothing to do with being pretty.

In Australia if you are at sober and the accident is your fault you would still be charged with culpable driving.

Her bond was terminated and she walked away free after the state attorney decided not to press charges.

Sadly it said the guy hit her because he was speeding she was turning on a street where they had it closed off do to construction which she was unaware of because she was not from that state she just moved there only a month prior, she only had one drink over 6 or more hours prior which you are allowed to have only one drink for it to be legal to be behind the wheel which she was honest about it all passed all test and her BAL she passed so they dropped charges Most of us know better to be safe than sorry to not drink nothing before getting behind the wheel and she shouldn’t have even that one then maybe she wouldn’t have this un her conscious forever because I’m sure her heart is crushed and her families just like this poor man’s and his family 😢it’s just a complete sad sad tragic for all involved, my heart goes out to Jeff’s family 😢and Hannah 😢

0 she did not get charged at all it was the man’s fault and they got footage from the traffic cameras and looked at history and the man was a repeat offender at dangerous and reckless driving with a long rap sheet. They said it was not her fault and they didn’t have the reason to charge her so she was free to go and won’t ever be prosecuted for it

The law is the law, looks or sex had nothing to with the Judges decision.

She definitely didn't fail the test, sorry but she executed it perfectly 👌. That is why the DA didn't take the case. After passing a field sobriety test, they can't legally take her breath or blood for evidence. The Police officer who said she didn't pass the test obviously needs more training. Try that test yourself stone sober, balancing on one foot is difficult. It was an unfortunate accident but that's the chance you take on a bike!!

everything you say is wrong, she passed the field sobriety test, she was making a legal turn on a green light, he was speeding and went through a red light without stopping, If she had drunk a little she certainly wasn't impaired, he had a long record of motoring offences, speeding and reckless driving and DUIs including drug driving offences, TRY DOING A FIELD SOBRIETY TEST AT HOME AND SEE HOW YOU DO.
