Cleethorpes - not what I expected

In this video, Andrea and I visit Cleethorpes in Lincolnshire for an after noon out, along with our 2 dogs, Betsy and Tilly.
It rained for some of the time we were there, but withy the sunshine trying to come out later, it gave us a lovely few hours and made some memories.

If it makes you feel any better, I once had to spend a whole week in Cleethorpes in December!!! I'm glad you enjoyed your couple of hours. 😀

Well obviously not dog was on knee in front seat no restraint!!Also left dog poo on beach. Disgusting

It wasn't too bad as I remember. It was a cold wet winters day and I imagine the food had been in the heaters a fair while

I understand now why British "seaside resorts" are going down the tube. Non existent white sandy beaches, non existent blue seas, cloudy with drizzle, deserted streets and crappy chips. I'm off to the Algarve, Portugal this summer and I wish I didn't have to come back.

If you go to a Portugese beach in the middle of winter its the same ! Empty streets and everything closed !!! Your brain must be brand new ?????

Next time take the dogs to north end at the fitties good beach excellent walks, Only 5 mins in car and get your fish and chips from Papas on the pier.

Thanks for that.. we walked onto the pier but saw a notice saying dogs not allowed so turned back 😣.. cheers
