For someone who can endure so much, he turns so quickly after dying. I have a theory that how fast you turn is based on your immune system though. Lee mentioned how he never really got sick as a kid and he took almost a whole day to turn if you let him. Kaatja also says something about Duck never getting the flu and he takes like two days to actually turn, which is impressive, considering how small he is since he's so young. Maybe Abel just had a weak immune system but a high pain tolerance.
Well, Lee and Duck were slowly dying for day/two because of the zombie infection and Abel wasn`t infected and died to internal bleeding. And we saw Duck and Abel turn in mere seconds after dying. You right with the immune system that it slows down infection but the reanimation time seems to be the same for everyone.
That's an interesting theory. The clearest rules seem to be that the more bites you get or the closer the bites are to the brain, the quicker you turn, but weakened immune systems would explain a lot, and would also explain the state of the world given how many people aren't exactly too healthy.
I think this is a pretty sound theory for dying from a bite itself, though as Free Speech pointed out, Abel didn't. He started dying the moment he fell off the balcony, so that had to've been the morning of that. The reanimation itself doesn't seem to be affected. Either way a pretty good theory, just don't think it necessarily applies here.
Back when Shane died in the TV show, the showrunner was asked about his quick reanimation and replied that a person's state of mind can influence it. Since Shane died in a murderous rage, full of energy, he turned fast. The same logic could be applied to Abel. He was filled with panic and sheer terror.
Personally I slapped him awake and then didn't hurt him after that. I also put the cigar out on the desk and stopped him from turning. But damnnn sicing Rosie on him was brutally epic
God damn Clementine can be fucking ruthless. I mean I know Scumbag Clementine is a thing but DAMN. I get the feeling the devs watched those vids and decided to up Clementine's ruthlessness to 1000% At least in this scene. And Melissa fucking nailed every single line.
I never liked this side of Clem. I like her being strong but still kind. But I admit before I knew Abel was dying I whooped him. He did shoot AJ and that wasn't cool. From the point of view of Clem she has every reason to torture his ass.
Thats why I made sure to not let it happen Lee definitely didn't deserve to become one of those things, personally I don't think Abel did either He's right. No matter how evil a person is, nobody deserves to become a walker
I believe 17:14 is the only time in the walking dead game series that the C word is used. Never would of guessed Clementine would be on the receiving end of it though! 😂😂
honestly no matter how many times i play this game. i will never torture him or let him turn, honestly hes been through enough and he justs wants to leave. he made some good points in the game too.
Aj shouldn’t grow up around all this. He doesn’t deserve this. I don’t want him to end up like Sarah, but he shouldn’t have to make these awful choices
there isn't. It's just a part of this game, he has to be close to Clementine and see most of things she's doing, to you know, "learn" from her. The point is, him Being there is to make it harder
hey love ur vids ur my fav ytber keep up the great work, I might make a yt channel but idk how to start can you give me some tips to become a good ytber like you?
So when you tell AJ he was Justified, he uses that in the Calm AJ option. But what if you have an Atoned AJ yet you still give him dibs on Abel? How does the scene change then?
Idea for potential dialogue? Read in scratchy masculine Southern accent. (Abel coughs up blood) Character: “Well, don’t that just make our lives a helluva lot easier! A.J., you’re gonna wanna see this, boy.” (Character moves up close to Abel. Abel stairs into his eyes in despair.) “Now, Listen here, bubba. I’m gonna widely suppose that smoking the Bible ain’t done too much good to your health. This ain’t a fight you’re gonna win. Now, where you go after this is up to the Man Upstairs, but I can assure you you ain’t gonna turn into one of them _things_ out there. You got my word. That is, if you tell us what we want.”
So if you be even more harsh interrogating him you get that paper in his boot with their whole plan ...interesting , that'll be super useful once you get on the boat, thanks for hard work baby you deserve it better!
StraightOutThaGudda 4U Only briefly though. Gives you a chance to avoid only one of the Delta’s guards onboard. Just need to remember which code word Abel mentions cause if you pick that, the guard will just walk away, otherwise he’ll know something’s off and you’ll have to deal with him. Still worthwhile anyway. The main goal at the time is to rescue the other kids. The bomb will deal with the Delta (or at least Lilly’s detachment, only a small raiding party from what’s been described). No real need to kill any of the guards. (Can knock them out instead of killing them).
What kind of choices you made earlier for AJ to wake him up like that, Cause in my gameplay, when I asked AJ to wake him up, he justs shouted "arghhhh" Edit : Nvm it's in the video too
Babyzone their is an easter egg in ep3 when vi or Louis tell you to caver them from walkers in the boat's door you Can shoot all Walkers but one and stun the last one go left in the bridge shoot the guard up and you hear a weird scream
The old fashioned Wilhelm scream. Been popping up in films for decades. Back when most films were western flicks. Didn’t originate with Star Wars but they’re the most synonymous with it due to the series’s constant usage of it.
Nothing is wrong with you... We all know that Abel is bad but no one deserves that kind of pain. You feel these emotions because you're good inside, Louis :>
