Clemson has at least eight players on offense getting drafted. People are sleeping on this team. Cade is rarely pressured or sacked as the O-line is possibly the best under Swinneys tenure. When everyone is healthy at WR they will roll out eight receivers who make plays routinely. The back up tight end might be better than the starter (who’s getting drafted) by the end of the day. The RB Mafah is a mid round pick and at 230 pounds wears defenses out. The defense is a work in progress but only lacks a little more consistency and is growing up younger guys. Clemson has maybe the best corner combo in the country. Lukus and Terell are both getting drafted. When you analyze how the starters perform they are a top twenty defense. Forget garbage time stats. People never learn with Dabo. This team will be ready in November and beyond.
I would agree we can sub individual players, but would also concede that we cannot platoon change. That was evident with several teams that scored late and brought our Total D rating down.
Nope... they've seen the last 10 yrs. 2 natty's and a system that produces yr after yr. Look at FSU. Close to the final 4 last yr and 1-6 this yr. Consistency is shining through
Clemson is not a mid pack SEC team. They’ve made massive improvements since week 1 and I think outside of texas and Georgia they could beat anyone else in that conference.
This statement is comparable to saying "Chucky cheese the horror house pizza place" Theres absolutely nothing scary about the ACC. Weak conference full of weak teams.
