I may be wrong, since it was a while that I was obsessed with egypt (My childhood) but Cleopatra WAS a pharaoh RIGHT ? So chill with her interpretation of it. Pharaoh =roughly translates to "The Big House" and Im pretty sure regular subjects werent allowed to gaze upon the pharaoh without permission from said divinty-in-human-form. If I remember correctly, there was even a yearly (!? Dont quote me on this...its been awhile...) Ceremony that "assured" that the Spirit of the god stayed in "the house"(/"the big house"), so that the Pharaoh could secure ruling "by divine rights".Because of that they WERE worshiped as gods. So its not an entirely wrong title. And all intellectual smart@es ? This was how the People of THEIR time Saw the world. "There is more between heaven and earth...." yadda yadda and so on.....
