He was getting intrusive, calling me constantly, texting, pressing me to spend all my free time w him, then came the inappropriate comments, I had a feeling that something was off. Then he would get offended - offended I didn't want to talk, spend time w him. He wouldn't take no for an answer. I felt like he was getting so overbearing - where I began to have to make up excuses to keep him away. He would invite himself over to my house, and when I said No would keep asking. He began talking about how he would reread my texts over and over. I felt like I couldn't breathe. I finally trusted myself and told him how his comments were inappropriate, creepy, and unwelcomed. That I wanted no further involvement or contact in any form. I hope he leaves me alone 😢
I was being moved by the Holy Spirit to see the "affair" that I had with my youth minister when I was 17-18 and he was 27 married with 4 kids as an act of abuse. The Lord was waking me up without having heard of GRACE or anyone talking like this. He was showing me that I was a victim of that minister using me to get his own needs met and that my silence was part of a systemic culture that I needed to disassociate from. I needed to stand up and say what happened, be a part of the solution no longer sustaining the problem with my silence. So I made a blog post. The church hired Grace to clear up the Pastor's name. However, the report unearthed the truth and so much more. But now what?
This has happened to me in my church. The Church called it an affair between 2 consenting adults. He was suspended for 6 months and penalized financially and with some conditions. Meanwhile I received no support from the church and I'm lost feeling helpless like I should suck it up and move on with my life 😢
I am sorry that you experienced this betrayal, it was not a relationship, it was predatory and happens in all religious groups. these human/demon predators are everywhere there are vulnerable people.
@@Decor_Diaries24 what makes it harder is the way the church/congregation masses just carry on, like everything is alright, and many disregard the plight of the survivor of this attack and the leaders gang up on the target and act as if they have done something to invite that lecherous creatures advances.
@ARMAGEDDONsCOMING Exactly!! It's unfortunately soured me on church. I am still a believer but church is not for me because of this experience. So unfortunate!
@@Decor_Diaries24 God sees and hears you, and hope that you see Justice and those concerned reap what they have sown towards you, whoever stumbles one of these little ones, not just meaning children, it would be better for them to have a millstone tied about their neck and thrown into the midst of the sea, you deserve peace, this is what the devil does, to get to God, by working through these ones, to hurt one of his children, this is how the other side works, through betrayers, look at what happened to Jesus through one of his disciples, it was documented to let his followers know what they may face from the tares, Please rest assured, God is with you, not these abusers, even the people who did not do it, but became a sharer in the offender's sins, have to account for what they have done to you, they have a lot to answer for!
