UPDATE: The keybind got changed to not work anymore. You can no longer use it to animation cancel scattering light. You can still do so on Blessing of Light, just not as effectively! If the Tiamat set (neck, waist, artifact) is not available or really expensive, you can get the Trickster's Gift set, comprised of the: Sparkling Fey Emblem, Starshard Choker and Twinkle of the Stars. - If you are looking to get enchantments, you will want Garnets in offense (until power is green or red), Jade in Utility and Action points in Bonus. Defense doesn't matter, but Garnet probably best, but would have some cobalt and jades to switch into offense as needed) - For insignias, you will want to focus on Brutality, Aggression, perhaps a Rythm or two and Dominance! Again, recommend usually buying Enchantments and Insignias directly at mythic, or at legendary if you already have the upgrade materials.
it is nice to see you do this kind of work for the game, not so many does that nowdays. and this new "budget" series is nice (and a perhaps a good fun for older players. no?) next I'd like to see a budget soulweaver. not so bad, but perhaps, especially at the moment, one, or not the hardest, healer classes ingame? with all the love -D'
I recommend specking into wis and dex all the way. And I'd recommend using a winter fox as summoned, forte (divinity Regen) is important for DC healers. Divine glow, healing word and bastion of health has worked for me from beginning to endgame. I personally have gotten along just fine from early to endgame using sacred flame and the cleric sigil , but to each their own.
yes, I said to use Dex and Wis... Winter fox augment won't do anything until you get a high quality companion enchantment, so it's next to useless here.
@@Aragon- I'm not gonna say you're wrong, I'm one of the few that ranked up my enchants first instead of going after gear. Divinity Regen is a must have, especially since you won't really get any until you've completed mtos. There's still plenty of players,even at endgame, using iron leggings (- incoming healing) which is a major drain on divinity.
I'm afraid of looking at the trade store now after the video😂 Really, some of those players need to stop making the others game experience harder. Most of them don't even need the AD. Great video btw, it's what i tend to recommend for thr new players too.
yeah, hate when ppl do that, especially when new players are considered who don't have much :/ The prices will settle again, a few weeks after the video
Id recommend, for these budget builds, getting legion guard weapons on supports or farming guild marks for the 25000 guild mark mw weps from strong hold. Even at a rare or epic quality which is relatively cheap to do, they help the team more than the weapons you can buy with seals.
Just keep in mind the economy is different from platform to platform. Aragon sees PC prices, so some items mentioned might be either cheaper or more expensive on XB or PS.
If you do more of these videos it would be nice to include a section on a build for solo content. It doesn't have to be a full build but a recommendation of powers and feats would be good.
Have you seen the price of Tutor atm? It's kinda dumb how one of the rEQuiReMEntZ of endgame is unobtainable thru any other ways. Astral lockbox used to be a way but devs chose to switch that for Book imp, lol
if a dps becomes tank, i keep him between me and the boss all times and spam tab, swoop in and drop the floor...things usually get critical around then, ads focus on me, so i have to take them out while they get the boss...if they screw my build, the timings will be off, i need that AP asap.
Your video doesn't tell me which enchantments to use, I think its because you got side tracked way too easily. Please tell me what enchantments I should be using for my devout cleric.
it's a budget build, don't focus on enchants. You don't need them for just random queues. You will need to check an endgame build for mod 27 to see what enchants to use that best fit the current best gear
The sturdy collar: encounters buff will increase your healing from powers ? Otherwise maybe better take some at wills % to make more dmg - ap gain ? No more cancelling wise
@@Aragon- However more item level gives your more base dmg, it doesn't boost your base healing as well? So basically I will take the at will one to generate more ap back from more dmg ? Or it doesnt run like this
friend, can you help me, I typed /bind lbutton "SpecialClassPower 1 $$ SpecialClassPower 0 $$ +PowerTrayExec 0" and now the encounter doesn't work for me, how can I reset it???
I'm glad I missed this rubbish when it was uploaded. Craptrick like to ban newer players who just spent money, so I pity the fools who use your illegal keybinds. It's the keybinds that are the problem, not the APG from _Scattering Light._ {:o:O:}
@@Aragon- *_"In game keybinds are approved by the devs."_* For mapping things like VIP functions and so on, yes. Not for triggering multiple combat functions that normally require multiple key presses. They have always said that this is not allowed, and every time you get thousands of people to use your cheating, hack-exploit code loops, you get a class nerfed. Except the classes YOU play. {:o:O:}
bruh by the time im watching this that ad limit of 1mil is not accurate whatsoever coz these mfs in ah just skyrocketed the price to oblivion, but btw i really love these starter build guides, u should just make awhole series on it! would be super insightful and useful and fun, and i mean like one for each class and their paths, i know thats a lot to ask but one can hope :) ty
so, if you run at night on xbox, most of this is out the window in pubs, healer becomes tank and often top dps...those ppl don't watch videos...some dungeons unplayable in pubQ at night...load times for dps is around 30 mins to an hour at times...no damage...pray you join a partial group...in a bad group i switch to partial dps, no healing word, stun comp with stun/AP gain artifact, mount power is damage at boss...lets see the SHTF build... The stuns are the only way i get my ap back in a bad group, i can't be close in on the boss, moving wastes time i don't have...in a good group things are far more easy
Same on ps lol we basically have no endgame tanks anymore. I see people begging for 2nd and 3rd boss tank in alliance and in pe. game is in shambles these days if you don't have ur own premade group ur fkd
09:35 You cannot _"get them to drop for you"_ at all. It's RNG. They either drop or they do not. There is NOTHING you can do to _"get them to drop"._ {:o:O:}
@@Aragon- But YOU, nor any other player, can do anything to _"get them"_ to drop. They _may_ drop if you run that content, but you are doing nothing to _"get them"_ to drop. You showed the _Scattering Light_ APG quite some time ago, long before this video as I've been using it instead of _Sacred Flame_ for a long time. I'm not sure if you also showed a hack-exploit, cheating code loop at that time, but I don't use your cheat hack. For one thing, I use left mouse for FWD Movement. But now, because of you and your hack exploiting, I won't get any benefit from legit use of _Scattering Light_ at all. {:o:O:}
If I am asked how to make a bad cleric with divinity problems and suffering in low-level parties, then I will definitely recommend this video from Aragon. Worse than this build, you still have to try to come up with 😂
@@Aragon-I have already seen a cleric in the same build on the second boss in demonweb pits. When at the end of the battle on the boost he had nothing to cast even a bastion, not to mention the word 😂
@@Aragon-In your build, everything is designed for a party that kills the boss in a couple of minutes until you are dry in divinity. Then you can't offer anything other than at-will spam, sluggish tab and an angel. Your passives are completely useless in this case. Then you just turn into ballast. Sorry 😂
@@Aragon- The first thing a cleric needs is a forte of at least 80-85%, so be sure to take charisma, a horse bonus and signs of dominance, a jacket from dragon hunts for outgoing healing and forte, an improved helmet from Spider Master - all for divinity regeneration. In second place is power and outgoing healing. In third place is crit strike and crit severity.
