- Watson seemed to find his game. - Chubb over 100 yards. - Cooper, his 1000 yards and 9 TDs (single season high) were worth a 5th round pick. - Delpit has arrived and is looking like the Thorpe Award winner Browns drafted. - This game is meaningless in the standings but Browns needed the momentum, carry it into Pittsburgh, ruin their season and head into the offseason on a high note!

All I want for Christmas is a new owner, new head coach, new offensive coordinator, a starting qb, new offensive line, and better defensive coverage.

The Browns had a convincing win over a playoff contender. Watson, Chubb, and Cooper performed well. We have one of the best, young defensive backfield in the league. Let's hope our front office makes the right off season moves.

This game made me happy as a Browns fan. We lost our starting Mike LB (Anthony Walker) early in the season and that was a huge blow.. then we lose other LBs and are down to 2nd and 3rd stringers. Our defensive tackles have been terrible all season. Our defense has cost us 3-4 VERY winnable games with Jacoby Brissett under center. Watson hasn’t played in nearly 2 full years before starting. All of this, and we could finish just below .500. It isn’t ideal, but I feel good about next year when our defense is healthy, we bring in at least ONE competent DT, and Watson continues to get better. “There’s always next year”… our famous saying in Cleveland. 😂

Why with playoff hopes on the line would you put in Wentz !!!

Starting Wentz is a prime example of how analytics is ruining football. He's done this on three teams now many times and he still gets a starting position. I would hate to be a Washington fan right now

This is pretty much what I expected from Washington when Heinicke was benched because of Big Money Wentz.

> Start Carson Wentz for the first 6 games > 2-4 QB Record, 32.4 QBR, 23 Sacks >Decide to switch to Heinicke >5-3-1 QB Rec, Beat the Undefeated Eagles, 45 QBR, 19 Sacks (over a longer playing period) Get in the WildCard positioning > Get beat (pretty bad ) against one of the BEST teams in the NFC (49ers) with outclassed 49ers offensive playcalling and Nick Bosa >Instead of addressing those fundamental issues, Switch back to Wentz because of "better arm talent" when Washington's offense has been primarily carried by Brian Robinson the whole season >Wentz struggles and throws 2 picks against a Browns Team that has NOTHING to play for early in the game >Instead of recognizing that Carson isn't showing that arm talent that they originally put him in for, pretend that Brian Robinson can solve the entire Offense's issues and completely ignore the fact that you have a pro-bowl wr and an emerging Rookie wr that have been making plays with Heinicke all season >Defense finally colapses after holding back the browns in spite of Wentz's mistakes for more than half of the game >Predictably loose This game feels like Washington didn't come up short of the playoffs, they just chose to miss them. I'm done with this team

Watson is finding his groove... he still looks rusty but there's some chemistry developing between him and Amari Cooper...definitely need to feed Chubb more ..it'll help Watson game a bunch

At the time he was benched, Heinicke was having his best statistical performance of the season (114.6 RTG, 82.8 QBR) against the best defense in the league. The switch is inexplicable.

49ers fan here! When the commanders get a real quarterback, they're going to be a serious threat with all the weapons they have along with the defense! When Watson takes camp next year with all the distractions behind him, I believe Cleveland will also threaten the league!

I've been saying it for the last THREE YEARS. This Browns defense is absolutely LOADED with talent. They are unquestionably one of the most talented defenses in the entire NFL. Yet they have done nothing but underachieve every single season. That is 100% because of Joe Woods. He is pathetic. He forces all of these elite man-to-man players to play his gimmicky trash zone defenses where EVERYONE looks lost and confused. Woods is the best conman I've ever seen. His players look lost, confused and totally disinterested for the first half of every single season, and because of the trash defense, the team is like 2-6 and is basically already eliminated from playoff contention. Then Woods drops the trash zone defense and just allows these ELITE PLAYERS to go out and play FOOTBALL, and all of a sudden, it looks like the Browns have a top-5 defense...but it doesn't matter because the team has no chance at the playoffs now and the season is over. Then Andrew Berry and Stefanski and whoever makes the decisions around here says "Oh man! Look at how ELITE our defense was down the stretch! Looks like they are rounding into form! We better keep Joe Woods so we can roll into next season with some defensive momentum, and we should have a top-5 defense all of next season!" Then they come out and look like absolute TRASH for the first eight games and we just go through the same thing year after year after year like it's Groundhog Day. I'm not watching one second of this team next season if Joe Woods is still our defensive coordinator.

Only put up 30 points once all season... offensively average at best and with the talent we have that's a coaching issue. Time for Rivera to go and get a new OC while we're at it !

Let's face it we've got our QB for next year. We'd' ve been in the playoffs if it wasn't for a certain franchise committee doubling his games missed. The cream always rises. Jacoby Bryant deserves an extension btw. Excellent professional.

As a Cowboys fan its awesome to see that Amari Cooper is still out there making plays even if its for another team. Also cool to see that Browns fans have adopted the iconic "COOOOP" chant that Dallas fans would yell when he made a play as a Cowboy. Although I love our receivers I still miss having Cooper in our arsenal. His elusiveness, toughness, technique, ability to get open, create space, catch balls, take hits and just overall ball out is among the best in the league. He's simply an elite wideout and it's super exciting to watch when he's in his rhythm.
