I'm not even from Cleveland, and this video makes me smile. I've been a Cavs fan since 2004, and before anyone calls me a bandwagon fan keep in mind that I stuck with the Cavs after the Decision.
Our Cleveland Cavaliers will forever be known as the team that had the greatest comeback in NBA Finals history!! Down 3 games to 1 against a team that won 73 games in the regular season and we fought hard, came back and won the whole damn thing!!!! GO CAVS!! THE 52 YEAR DROUGHT IS OVER!!!!
I guess you're still waiting for reality to sink in. That's okay bro, take all the time that you need. Sooner or later you will have to accept the fact that the Cavs are the 2016 NBA Champs, and that the 95-96 Chicago Bulls are the greatest NBA team of ALL TIME.
Bro the way Kevin Loves legs were shaking ahahahah, that was defensive play of the year lmao! People always forget to mention that, big three stepped up when needed to 😤😤
I’ll be honest, every time I watch this game, I still expect your guys to score each time they get the ball in that last three thirty four. You guys really gave us one hell of a series.
Imagine the crowds if LeBron made that dunk at 1:22. I get chills just thinking about it. That would've been his greatest play of all time, even over the block. I miss this NBA.
Oh man, that would have been the poster to end all posters. But it’s really more fitting that LeBron had to ice it with the one thing he’s bad at: free throws.
Literally every Cleveland fan just checked a big check off their life's wish list. Thank you cavaliers for bringing home the trophy for the first time in over a half century! Let's go cavs!!!!!!
For real, man!!! I’ve said it before, but the refrain of the Cleveland sports fan is ‘We’ll get them next year!’ 2016 was the one glorious year when ‘next year’ actually happened.
The mood is still electric here in NE Ohio. I can't believe we came back from being down 3-1 and beat GS twice on their floor. LeBron scored 208 points in this series and finished game 7 with a triple double. Anyone that still says he is not one of the best of all time is clearly delusional. How much more could one guy possibly do?
Man I live in Ohio and I remember where I was when they won 😂 I wasn't even an nba fan but I was 9 years old at a restaurant watching the game and when we won I was so excited even tho I didn't know what was going on 😂 I wish I was old enough to experience the real joy and have tears from my team winning 💯
I was 8 in 1964 when we last won a championship, the Browns won the last non-Superbowl championship. I thought the Indians in 1994 and 1997 had good chances as they did in 2016, but it was the Cavs and Lebron who got it.
The reason it was so loud and exciting in the stadium is because these fans know losing and pain. They know what it feels like to not win and to lose year after year. They appreciate more than a miami heat or a golden state warrior team that wins all the time. They know that this was special
For me , the most emotional and amazing finals in NBA history. Everybody here gonna tell to the next generations of kids what happened in that finals series, the great night by great basketball players and of course a new version of batman and Robbin in a team. O yeah Kyrie n Lebron version !
RIP Fred. You made us smile, you made us laugh, and in one glorious moment in time -- you made us cry right along with you. "Right down Euclid!" will ring in our ears forever.
I wish they ran his final words that night out on the radio instead of John Michael....... "Curry, they'll give him the 3.... NO!! Rebound Maurice Speights!! GOODNIGHT OAKLAND!!!!" Those words coming from a guy who grew up in Strongsville and was 18 at the old Cleveland Arena on 40th and Euclid when he attended the Cavs inaugural game in in the league in 1970. RIP Fred McCleod
That was the best year of my life. My daughter MS was under control she was recovering from breast cancer surgery and the cats won . I couldn't have asked for anything. more. Watching this in 2020 .. Joy Joy and more Joy!!! Thanks Cavaliers 😊 🥰🥰🥰
This is the moment that I realized that some of your friends Leave you behind because they felt lost at all because of the score. And I am the only one who believed that they can do it King James can do it. And he proved it to me and to the world. You can never put down a good man. King James I Love You forever.
I watch this multiple times a year, i was born & raised on the Westside of Chicago on Jackson Blvd, grew up in the rookie Jordan era💪, but this video will forever give me chills, & to see him get his 4th with the Lakers is even more icing on the cake, Cavs fans truly deserved this one, even the one's who burned his jerseys 👀😂✊, if this video don't get you in yo feelings you not a true Cavs/LeBron fan 🤨
Truly a historic moment in Cleveland sports. I didn't go downtown because of everything that was going on down there, but it was great getting a group of Cavs fans (my friends) together and witnessing history before our very eyes. Go Cavs!! #ALLin216
This one ring for the city of Cleveland meant a million times more than KD's two fake rings. Lmao. The same can be said for Dirk's ring. 1 hard earned ring will always triumph over 2 easy ass carried rings.
yo i was watching this game live on my laptop while working at my dad's store... last 2 min of the game, a lady came in asking for help putting air in her tires. in my head i was like WTF HELL NO. but long story short, i told her its easy and she should try it herself, lol
I don't care what anybody says about LeBron.. He has the single greatest accomplishment in the history of NBA under his belt. Those next to finals don't even count because they brought an MVP caliber player to an already 73-9 team... With cap restrictions nobody can beat that.
I just happen to watch this video now. I was like this wild, screaming for cavs way back 2016. All in 2016. Really an emotional moment. Cried for that victory. ❤
Awesome video...looked like it was an insane atmosphere there. Been a LeBron fan since he was drafted and I was rooting for the Cavs...glad he brought a championship to y'all. I was smiling throughout the whole video. Great stuff.
Thanks for the upload! I'm a proud Ohioan living in the Aloha state and I was crying tears of joy after this game. Wish I could have been there with you all!
Thank you so much Debbie Gunn for capturing those final moments of the most exciting game I've ever seen!! I have relived this over and over in my mind since June 19th...Simply magical!
Duude, I'm from Poland, and every time i see videos with Cavs winning a NBA championship, i cry. I wish I was in Clevland during the game. ALL IN! CLEVLAND!
I've seen this clip over and over and over the past month or so, and it never gets old!! Oh, how i wish i could've been there when that final buzzer sounded! I still shed a tear whenever i see this!!! Just makes me so proud to be from Northeast Ohio!!
I Remember watching this live, I pissed my self when they won, and I also screamed so loud I woke my 1 yr old bro up, he thought there was a monster is his room
The part that always gets me choked up (OTHER than the buzzer hitting 0:00) is about 7:50 in when you hear THE ENTIRE FREAKING ARENA singing "We Are The Champions".
For me, other than Kyrie's 3, it's LeBron's rebound off the Curry miss on the possession following the three. The crowd erupts, and that's when I thought, "Wow, Cleveland might actually win this thing.
Thanks for the upload this was awesome, I couldn't make it im Stationed in San Diego California in the Navy but watched it on TV thanks again and CLEVELAND OHIO ROCKS!!!!
