On Thursday, Cleveland Guardians television color analyst Matt Underwood made his Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show debut and talked about Guardians baseball.
Matt stated that the threat of someone who can hit the long ball would be pivotal for the Guardians once the playoffs start. The signing of Josh Bell this past off-season will hopefully produce the power bat in the lineup that Cleveland desperately needs. Having Bell also helps Jose Ramirez and Oscar Gonzalez see more pitches they can hit, and ultimately all three players can have impressive seasons.
Matt Underwood also talked about the Cleveland Guardians farm system and that two top pitching prospects can make their major league debuts this season. The Guardians are known for developing some of the best players in all of baseball, and this season, the Guardians employ 17 of the top 100 prospects in all of MLB.
Matt also touched on Amed Rosario and the possibility of him being a member of the Guardians for years to come, his relationship with Jose Ramirez, and much more!

Go trade for Bryan Reynolds now with 2 of the 12 middle infielders they have no spots for a young pitcher young relief pitcher that way we have 4 guys with power 3-6 with 3 switch hitters and naylor/oscar against opposite pitcher then if Zunino gets hot in the playoffs its 5 go trade for a LH starting pitcher to break up the same RH pitchers 3-5 have be the 4th and two RH will be way more effective with the hitters not being able to lock in by the 4th let alone 5th guy push some chips in the Beiber window

They have speed on the bases bu4 it is underutilized. They've been hung up on the success % which is fine but being a team that has to manufacture runs I'd rather steal 100 bases at 50% than 50 at 80%.

Of course, haven't had one since Ritchie Sexson, that's way to long.
