The emotion from Adam during the memory sequence with his father was a close to real as it could get. Two years before production started in this movie Adam lost his father. So hearing him say “I love you too dad” was him feeling like he was actually talking to his late father
I think that’s one of the most effective emotional films scenes of all time which you wouldn’t think would be in a mostly silly Sandler comedy though the concept of the film is pretty fresh.
I lost my dad a week after his birthday in April 2023, his cancer came back, That second round of treatment really did him in. It sucks because before my dad got sick, we were at that point of becoming more than a father and son, we were becoming friends. I miss you dad, everyday. I really do. RIP MCpl Mark Philip 1955-2023 🕊 Keep my seat warm and save me a pint, I'll see you again Da'
I lost my dad the same way, in 2017 right before his 60th birthday. My dad was the coolest guy with years of wisdom and advice. I miss him so much. This movie breaks me every time I see that part, sometimes so much I have to fast forward. 💔 I’m so sorry you had to lose yours too.
I love this movie, because it has a strong and powerful message about spending time with family before you're time is up, the scene with the last time with dad and him dying with his family was heartbreaking, it feels like real life, I cried like a baby watching it, hugs from Texas 🥺🤗😢❤️
Rob Schneider is the guy you noticed. He plays in a lot of Adam Sandler movies... 50 first dates, waterboy, click, maybe a few others too. He played a larger role in a really funny 2000s movie with the chick that plays Regina George in Mean Girls... It was called Hot Chick.
An unusually bittersweet comedy, with quite a weighty - even tragic - message at its heart. Something definitely not lost on Mish or Ellie. Really quite an outstanding performance from Adam Sandler - perhaps his finest?
This is that movie that you think is just a comedy, but the ending surprises you and makes you cry without stopping. React to "Society Of The Snow" the movie is a masterpiece, but very sad (based on a true story).
Crazy to realize that this film was a copy from the Canadian TV show; Goosebumps Episode: Click Adam Sandler was like “Copy that, copy that”. And by the way you look so cute and adorable with that hat Michelle I love you. 😘
If you always question why the movie is so serious in the end is because Sandler wanna do this a serious movie but the studio want it to be another silly sandler movie, both parts fight until they have an agreement he will do the silly movie until the last half hour then he will show them the kind of movie he wanna made, the studio accept it and the movie was made
Hello Ellie & Michelle!😊 Ellie, it sounds like you have a cold. Chicken soup broth is very good for a cold.😉 This is definitely a darker Adam Sandler film than we are used to. Bed, Bath, & Beyond actually declared bankruptcy last year and all the stores have closed. Great reactions to this dark, but very entertaining and moving film, Ladies!!!!🎬👏👏👏👏
Ellie and Michelle....Watch Magy & Laura.... Wow was that ever water works...They were Mad after seeing him in the store's bed..... But then, they were Happy.
This is one of the best movies because it's so funny and heart warming great reaction homies ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉 now here's some movies to react to next, the garfield movie (2004) fast and furious 2 (2003) Madagascar (2005) and cars (2006).

Since you guys have done a lot of Harry Potter movies, you should REALLY watch "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" series, there are 3 but the first is the best one, I think and you guys LOVE animals so I am sure you will love this!!!!!
This was definitely one of my favorite adam sandler movie emotion, comedy and something i wish we all had, wondering if you guys are going to do a live reaction to the live action little mermaid. hope that happens soon
Love your channel and its content. I was wondering if you guys would react to Spotlight(2015), Manchester by the Sea, and The Woodsman(2004) as your next three movies? Masterpieces you womt regret viewing. Thank you and may you attain all the success and prosperity that you desire in life.
How many Sandler reactions have been posted on this channel? And still you haven’t done The Wedding Singer. Or even his brilliant dramas like Punch Drunk Love, Spanglish or Uncut Gems. 🤯
He wasn’t in tropical thunder that’s Rob Schneider prince haboobi, prince hubba bubba🤣the more serious sad non comedy movie I’ve ever seen starring Adam Sandler was Reign Over Me it was a really good movie
Only 50 comments. I can’t believe how you killed this once awesome reaction channel by ignoring it, ignoring your viewers, watching the same movies, rarely watching anything really good or original and posting so infrequently. And you don’t even care.
