Would it be possible to buy a template for all these spaces/folders from your company? Would be great to save the time building all this structure... Or do you have any recommendation where I could buy this?
Hi there! Our entire workspace template is not currently available for purchase on our website. However, we do provide all of the spaces, folders, lists, process library, etc. for all of our clients that work with us in an implementation engagement.
What if a subtask is also, in certain scenarios, treated as a task on its own. Would you create two templates (with the downside of having to update both whenever something changes)?
Why did I always create SOPs in doc form when i can just create a template task with subtasks? 😂 Or would you recommend adding SOPs in doc form for a more streamlined documentation, or maybe just link to the SOP template tasks/lists?
SOPs should be in doc form. Check out this video (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7ovHMxBoeK4.html). Just make sure that these SOPs are embedded or linked to the tasks where they need to be used!
