So pretty!!! Please i have a question! How to sanitize the Gimme brow? and also the lipstick is not listed in the description box, whcih one was it? so beautiful! xx
You can’t sanitise the gimme brow you would have to get a new one and use a new disposable mascara wand every time you dip into it (so you would probably need 2 wands per client) x
Okay so I literally saw your name in a group of Facebook and was like oh my god. We have the same name. Then I saw your photos of your make up and was soooo in love with some of your looks so I did a ‘hopefully she has a RU-vid channel’ search and I was luckily enough to find you! So I love with your beautiful looks girl.
I have a question, as a makeup artist I constantly tell clients to look in several directions as I do their eye makeup ( I want to make sure the color is in the right position and suits their eye socket shape esp ones with hooded eyes), but i also watch many tutorials where artists work on clients while their eyes are closed all the way through. It could definitely be because of editing those parts out, but for cut creases/placing glitter, do you follow their natural eye shape while their eyes are closed?
To be honest, most of the time I do keep there eyes closed, and only get them to open a couple times through out to check. I always find I when I cut creases I go smaller first, get them to open, the add more if I need to. and with transition shades, I generally put them a couple mm's below the brow always as its just the spot I like :)
rosalieolivias which creams products were you thinking in particular ? I always pick up product and place it on the back of my hand or on an acrylic artist palette and work off there 🙂 that way you don’t need to sterilise any creams
MishasPickle so I will sharpen it down if it needs it, but otherwise I just take a paper towel, draw out some product, then use an alcohol sanitiser spray, spray it down, then twirl it in the paper, and spray again and let dry. It’s a waste of product but has to be done if you use them
How long does it normally take you to complete a full makeup with false lashes? As a makeup artist myself, I often do weddings and prom makeups and I tend to always struggle with time! Im a perfectionist and sometimes it can take me up to an hour and a half for one makeup... Any tips ? :)
+Chloé Lafond hey! It takes me One hour to do a full face of glam. I’ve Just been perfecting my steps every time I do someone new. And find what way work fastest for me. I used to do Base first, then eyes. But that created a mess. So I started to do eyes first, and when I did, I was able to apply lashes, and to let them dry, I would move onto colour matching foundation. And once the glue had dried I was able to move on with the base Makeup, and then after the base was down, I’d move up to Brows last, And fill them in lightly unless they wanted bold. And I would go over the lash band with eyeliner, and while it dries, I’d do the lips. So I’d utilise every second I had
