Style, condition and location are three of the most critical features of a property, and this Cliff May designed home delivers all of them. This gem is located in the heart of the Rancho Estates, an acclaimed Long Beach neighborhood known for its midcentury modern architecture, tree-line streets, strong sense of community, and proximity to 800 acre El Dorado Park and Nature Center. The home has been extensively renovated and features terrazzo tile floors, an open island kitchen with custom walnut cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, and of course, the indoor/outdoor flow that one expects from a Cliff May designed residence. Other features include an expanded primary bedroom and bathroom, updated plumbing and electrical, central air conditioning and heating, and an interior laundry closet. Architectural homes are in relatively short supply, especially those that are biking distance to the beach. Here is an opportunity to make one yours.

Super video of a super house. Watched it twice. Once with, once without the background music, and it was still good, so it must be the house that does that.
