What a great interview. Amazing to think that he was talking about how long he had been in the business and here we are in 2021and he is still making great music and sounding as good as ever. A true knight of rock'n'roll and popular music! A true ambassador of the music industry and entertainment! Cliff Richard , a national treasure!
I worked on the road crew on a few Cliff concerts mostly during the 70's and what you see is what he is in real life. Thorough professional and a decent guy... I just hope he gets to do his 80th birthday tour
Who would have thought he would still be going strong at 80??!!! You're a walking, talking, living legend,Sir Cliff.I fell in love with you right at the start of your career and, like thousands(millions??😅) of others,I still am!
We learn a lot from Sir Cliff Richard as a christian. With strong faith in God, believe give us hope to be strong to any struggle in life. We love all his songs as well as him to be a singer. We always pray for his heath.. GOD BLESS
Excellent interview. He is so natural, warm and unpretentious. I have always enjoyed his music and watching this now, 32 years since it was originally on, I am grateful that he is one constant in the music industry. All my other 'idols' have left the building and Cliff is one of the last remaining - thankfully!
Sir Cliff is and always be the one & only Sir Cliff Richard. God bless for giving him the health to serve the world with his exemplary Christian life & music. God bless you Cliff. 🙏💖💖💖💖❤️
Greetings Sir. Dr. Cliff OBE! Thank u! Displaying ur graces as handsome/alert/gentle/modest with enormous spiritual convictions /physical ambitions! concerning Rock and Roll music -it woke up the old dry bones to an alternative direction from being sick/sad/sinful to rejoicing/love/kindness/happiness/truth! A shining light! God’s Blessings
I remember seeing on the Mickey Mouse Club in the 1950's one of Walt Disney's early cartoons that showed monkeys going into the water on one side and coming up on the other side as Cliff describes in this video. I wonder if he could have seen it when he was young and it became part of his memory. Just a thought. Also, I could have rememberd it incorrectly. It has been many years since I saw it.
@@GeordieBoy1955 he's genetically Anglo-Indian friend. My parents are Anglo-Indian so I've been around these people all my life. I know an Anglo-Indian when I see and hear one.
@@user-jt3xu1hy6s No, he is not genetically Anglo-Indian. He may have been born in Lucknow, India but that does not make him part Indian. His parents were both English Caucasian. There is no Indian heritage in his blood.
@@GeordieBoy1955 you put him next to a white person and you'll see he's not fully white. Have you seen his mum and sisters. He chose to hide his background because it would have harmed his career. You're obviously ignorant about the Anglo-Indian race. He's not the only celebrity to hide his family history.
