I took an average of all the times I took with the non slomo jumps and got 40ft high, which is quite a good estimation just by eyesight, and also 50 is a much more aesthetically pleasing number for clickbait, so I can understand why the title said 50 feet. I also did mine using 1/2(9.8)t^2, and converted back into feet because that's what I'm familiar with and I used my average time as 1.58 seconds.

Did anyone ask if this soap was approved by the EPA. Lake Powel is a source of drinking water as far south as the Rio Grand River. This reservoir flows through the Grand Canyon and on to Las Vegas and California. Everyone drinks this water. You had a good time but at what expense to health and safety. Good Luck Getting away with this day in the sun.

The amount of boating/water sports/parties happening there and the pollution it adds daily, does 100x more damage than what you just watched. This video made me cringe. Dumping all those soap and chemicals into a beautiful lake just for 2 hours of fun and a youtube video, its disgusting. Its probably not eco-friendly biodegradable soap or else they would've mentioned it in the description. They didn't even think twice about their actions. Just because you can't see it, doesn't its any better than leaving garbage water bottle and candy wrappers behind. I wonder if they even picked up their garbage after filming.

That brown in the water is due to an eddy, where the flotsam-jetsam backs up in a spot with little or no current. That is probably part of the reason they chose to jump off in that spot, as well as the slip and slide friendly slope.

Thanks Michael Salyer for pointing out that they at least use dish soap that claims to be "envirnmentally friendly". Nevertheless the 0,1% of watchers that actually get inpired won't be considering this. 1 drop of oil = 6000 liters of drinkable water waseted. Probably much better with soap, but still..

Dude, that is Lake Powell. It is a HUGE reservoir. Every day, there are people, pukin, poopin, spilling gasoline, alcohol, or whatever else in the water. Not to mention whatever pollutants the Colorado, San Juan, and Green Rivers (and countless creeks/streams flowing through open ranges) might pick up along the way. And guess what? It is still able to provide water for Las Vegas and Southern California, all while housing plenty of freshwater life-and most of that has been planted/invaded or otherwise non-native. If you wanna go after not-so-eco-friendly eco-friendly stuff, go after casinos and green lawns in the Desert Southwest. Dish soap in Lake Powell is hardly worth getting on a soap box for.

That lake is hundreds of feet deep and 100+ miles long. I really doubt a bottle of environmentally friendly soap is going to destroy and entire ecosystem of living creatures.

Please don't let this make you feel bad about your lives, regular people... This is as staged as a Hollywood production with extremely expensive equipment and a lot of editing. There is a production team who puts together a group of good looking kids notice no fat people and no ugly people allowed in order to make cool videos, get hits and get paid. This is a commercial that's it. A cool one I'll admit.

hahaha. most of those are all my roommates. most of us were still in school and working real average jobs. i did the most technical stuff and didn't see a dime from it. i tried to hit up nike for new shoes but they didn't bite. left em at a gas station. good looking tho? and no fatties? i'll take it. but look at his channel. and compare it to others. for the price of an xbox anyone could do something similar if they have the will and friends down for the ride. nobody's that motivated these days.

I fell from a higher altitude. Idk how many feet, but it was crazy. My dad told me not to do it at first but then he asked me if I wanted to. I said yes and had the most terrific but awesome feeling of my life!
