I love how Cliffe uses our experiences to give evidence that God exist. It makes perfect sense, Evolution teaches the opposite of what I see every day. Believing that God exist perfectly "coincides" with what I experience every day, which is Order & Design coming about by an intelligent mind, we practically live by that notion on a day to day basis. you're right colin, we're very lucky to live in a time where we have access to an incredible amount of knowledge about the Bible and of knowledge in general, i use my android phone everyday to find out all kinds of stuff, there is more information in a single cell phone via the internet than there is in a public library, and we can find stuff out in an instance, and research it and learn more about the world we live in. I respect and love what you do. I've learned a lot from your videos and I thank you. I just heard you say that people who think the earth is flat are sadly mistaken. I used to think that too, until I looked deeper into biblical cosmology. As with a growing number of people, it was the reality of our level, non rotating, geocentric world that brought me back to Christ and the Bible. We are closer to God than NASA says we are. The other didn't see the manhole uncovered and falls in. What were their perceived realities? The one who avoided the manhole had the perceived reality that the manhole was uncovered. For the student saying he won't study 1/10 the amount as Cliffe, and has to trust in historians for what's true or not, he is saying, "Cliffe, I don't want Eternal Life. I don't want to verify if what you're saying is true or not. Therefore, I won't put in the work." If Cliffe said he had a treasure map and was going to show where buried treasure was, and the map had an X, and it genuinely looked like an authentic map, that student, I almost guarantee it, isn't going to say, "Cliffe, I'm not going to work as hard as you are to find the treasure. I don't want a lifetime amount of treasure. I'm good as I am." Something will drive him to perhaps even work harder than Cliffe to find that treasure. Jesus is a treasure, not a history lesson or a moral lesson. Sure, there are history lessons and moral lessons in the Bible, just as in finding buried treasure, there are history lessons. The Bible says, "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened" Luke 11:9-10. Cliffe, studying more than 10x that student is finding the treasure. The student who's too skeptical to even look into the truths of the Bible and of Jesus is missing out. Not because he can't, but because he won't.
I think it's a fair assessment to say if Cliffe, or I or anyone else happened to be born into a completely different culture/religion/continent/time thousands of years ago, we would almost certainly buy into that particular culture/religion because we would have little knowledge of other cultures and religions. We would almost certainly be unaware of different cultures and religions on the other side of the world. eg: what would a believer in the Aztec culture know about the beliefs of someone in China?
Well, I have watched quite a number of videos with Cliff and these guys do a good job of pushing Cliff to double-down on his circular logic and ultimately shedding light on the inherent problems with new wave Christians trying to use “evidence” as proof of “faith”. No matter how Cliff (and many others like him) tries to present things, it all falls back on faith. I actually find it a bit disturbing that “Christianity” has been trying to use evidence to defend and prove itself. The end result is always a “who’s on first” circular reasoning.

Beloved, we are not saved through any of our good works. We are saved through the grace of Jesus Christ! Our good works, no matter what they are are like filthy rags, before God!
They need to get philosophy out of schools immediately, because every student has no idea if they exist anymore. Truth is truth no matter what people believe and the truth is Jesus Christ is Lord and we will all see him one day.
I always believed Judas was forgiven because of Matthew 19:28 where Jesus says to the disciples, "Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel."
To the guy with the dark green black shirt who I would say had a excellent comment but why Cliff did not mention the Spirit of God coming into our hearts yes there are people in the world who are trying to live out the teachings of Jesus in their lives but with out the Spirit it’s all a show
On the question about doing right things and doing what Jesus said (I guess apart from His teachings on repentance), yes, believing in Jesus and trusting His sacrifice on the cross is far more important than doing right. If you do good but don't trust in Jesus' sacrifice on the cross as the payment for your sins, you're paying your own way, and Romans 6:23 says that that payment is death. So, doing good on your own apart from God's sacrifice and resurrection on our behalf means that you're trusting in yourself to be able to get right with God, but Jesus said in John 14:6 that we can't come to the Father except through Christ.
Thank you cliff for saying that Jesus was not fully God while he was a human. Therefore, the conclusion is that Jesus was Not God when he was on earth.
The reason we go through Jesus now is bcuz there are no longer an animal sacrifice. God made the way easier to get to him. Repent of your sins turn to Christ and ask for forgiveness. Follow Him. That eazy.
It’s kind of scary to see how a lot of these students asked very good questions, and now a days we get people more or less trying to attack Christianity rather than have a conversation.
