I didn’t expect to see The Big Deal. Wow, it’s cleaned up so much! I spent weeks digging dirt out of those cracks, from top to bottom, only to go back up the lines and do the same thing again and again. I’m glad climbers are enjoying it.
What an awesome opportunity getting to work with Nissan, interested to see the final product! Also awesome to see Hazel back adventuring with y'all! Missed her cuteness
I love see y’all stay positive and make the most of silly weather, plan changes, and otherwise. Also CONGRATS on the Nissan vid, that’s a super fun partnership! Good times.
Love your guys' videos! Fellow videographer/climber here, what gear do you use to shoot your content? As well as do you sell your LUTS/Presets? Love your work and tune in all the time!
Love the vibes in this video :D ! Btw in your BLUELUTS PowerGrade - Davinci Resolve (slog3) , you say 12 BRAND NEW LUTs , i already bought yours few weeks ago with ( August, Breville, Englewood, Gold ... ) is it same LUTS or new one ? And in this video which one have you used ? thanks a lot Cody , always a pleasure to see your video with victoria ! So inspiring, Thanks
They're totally new. There's also a video walking through the setup and (I think) my favorite. Super random but my buddy Brock Bailey just did a little tutorial using the grade too. If you search him on RU-vid you can find it to get a better idea.
Silly question time: when you were rapping together, did you have a sling between you in case one of you slipped or something? (Pretty new to outdoor sport climbing; thought I noticed a sling going between you...) Question 2: we are coming from BC down to UT/NV area next spring (mid-Mar to mid-Apr) for a month to bike, climb & see flowers, and were thinking of just sticking to south west Utah, LV, Sedona area to make a kind of triangle - would it be worth our time coming over to the Lone Pine/Bishop area, or would that be too early? We are towing our trailer with our EV, so once we get down there don't want to do too much towing around, but if we've come that far...!
Hey! Good catch! Yes we had a sling between us in case someone loses control or gets knocked unconscious or something like that. Simul-Rappeling is super dangerous and we don't do it often. Tie yer end knots! Mid-March is fine for Owens River Gorge. It stays fairly dry down there. There will be snow at higher elevations though. That said, I think you'll have plenty to do between the three youve mentioned so it's totally your call. Owens is definitely a great spot with so many climbs. But so is Red Rocks 😅
@@codyandvictoria I’ll be in Vegas the 17-26th. My health is allowing me an adventure! Yay! Wave of fire state park, go to the phish show, I don’t have tickets unfortunately but I might go see the scene, climbing perhaps with an old friend, perhaps you all, I was looking at paying a guide to do an easy classic multi pitch so I can knock the rust off. Anyways your videos are epic! Ty for the inspiration!!
