Congratulations and welcome to the club. I've done the Le Cingles twice and also have the first ascent Everesting on the Bedon climb. Next goal is twice up the three routes. Hopefully next year. I really enjoy your videos.

Mícheál Halpin on the scale of tough for me this was probably in the middle. 5 out of 10. I’ve always got better riding for longer but it’s something that I’ve managed to improve a huge amount from 107for107 and 24 hour races. Not sure why but it’s just how my body works. Francis can confirm I’m usually rubbish for the first hour or two and then I just get stronger and stronger. Hope that helps.

Me and my brother did the Cinglé 2 weeks ago (with stamps and everything) and for use the hardest thing was the temperature, the last climb (Sault) we started at 37°C, getting in enough fluid was impossible so my stomach was upset during the last 2 climbs!

RedNeck Biker109 yep we have heard runners and motor bikers say they like them too. It’s a great level of added visibility plus there’s a few different jackets and gilets from a deep winter to light version plus the graphene baselayer and jersey.
