My Maine coon is the same way. I have had cats for my whole life .. and he's the only one does that. When he passes away, I'm gonna be lost. It's gonna hurt.
@@heiditaylor6206 Chronic anxiety isnt healthy for us or them. His cortisol (stress hormone) levels maybe too high too often. That can have very neg effects on physical health - humans and cats or dogs. A drug maybe help plus other options incl natural. Also a second cat. But for me I would not add another animal until they help Chase manage his anxiety. TBF they may not be aware of any of this or they are and are getting him help.

The other thing that I've notices is that I think he is declawed from watching the video. Please not to anyone reading, I am not stating that if he is declawed that they had this done to him. It is very possible that his previous owner did that to him. It can cause cats to start bitikng
My baby is pretty clingy. I've only had him 2 months, but he jumps, hugs, and kisses me every chance he gets. I love it, though. Today, he gave me my first Eskimo kiss! (I usually iniate it. But he initiated this time) I was so happy. 😍😍

Chase is precious. I've never seen a cat be so extraordinarily loving. I worry a little about his separation anxiety, though - adorable as it is.🐈🐱❤❤❤❤
@@Patt12 They don't "teach" him. That's the way cats Are. So is he. They are extremally intelligent and smart and they do understand everything. Even more, then most people do. Sometimes.

I once had a cat like that, so clingy that when I left him alone for like half a day, he would moan at me like that too. It is the cutest thing. Always sat on the doormat, waiting for me outside too, now which human being would do that for a person nowadays, right. Cats are amazing. Thank God for cats. 🙏🌺❤️

Lui, il toujours amait être dehors, même s'il pleuvait, il préférait se ballader dans le jardin et se reposer ont-sous des arbres. On avait même construé un petit chalet pour lui et encore Il se mettait ont-sous des étoiles, 😌 le pauvre, c'était un peu comme Mon vagabond, parce que ce n'était pas mon chat, UN jour IL arrivait là et il a resté jusq'au fin de ses jours. Je l'appelait ' Chile ', parce que pour moi il resemblait plutôt exotique avec ses cheveux longs et son posture grand. Mais il était très gentil, très minable et chaque jour il m'attendait arriver à la maison et on mangait ensemble et il m'accompagnait pendant le soir quand je faisait la vaiselle ou quand je travaillait encore à Mon bureau et chaque soir après deux heures ou quelque chose, il me demandait de salir de nouveau. Il se mettait devant la porte et je l'ai laissée aller dehors de nouveau. Il ëtait comme ça, c'était son charactère et voilà. Comme ça c'était chaque jour pour plus que douze ans. En 2019, il est décédé chez nous à coté de son chalet. Là , nous lui avons enterrés. Comme ça,il resté un petit peu chez nous. C'était un vrai ami.
I love all the bits with the cat with one of the kids and the adult is like "omg you're gonna wake them up!" and the kid is completely CONKED OUT! Just like, you KNOW that is the deepest sleep they've had in a long time. The warmth/pressure of the cat, the purring as white noise. The kid is REM sleeping like nobody's business! 🤣
I absolutely loved this video! My best friend, Snow, also a cat, found me way back in 2012, while I was sitting at a Taco Bell in my car, with the drivers door open, and eating a burrito for lunch one summer day. She just appeared, out of nowhere, started meowing and jumped into my car and was hungry. To make a long story short, she obviously came home with me that day and has been my best friend ever since. I had to have emergency brain surgery back in September of 2020, and the day I came home from the hospital, after being there for a week, she never left my side during my whole 3 months of recovery, would follow me everywhere and stayed right by my side, no matter what I had to do, or where I had to go in the house. She was 1yo when she found me, so she's unfortunately pushing 12yo+ now, and has, ironically, developed some neurological issues so I'm always afraid that her time, just as with all of us, is running out and that's really sad. 😢

You guys have no idea how blessed you are to have this type of animal. Most people are undeserving of this type of affection and cats are not known for hugging in this way he actually knows what he is doing
You’re so lucky to have Chase. I am taking care of a half dozen feral cats and they are so scared that during feed time, I have to keep my distance. I wish I could hug and cuddle them.❤

This is how my male cat Leo is!! He makes me carry him like a child, he thinks he is a human I believe. Haha! Either way, I spoil him just the same and carry him,etc. he talks to us when he meows, it’s not just a normal quick cat meow. I love watching this! What a sweet sweet boy!
I can't believe how much that precious cat loves his mama and daddy. Chase is so cute and has put so much love in my heart I think it's going to burst after watching this. The cuteness overload has made me all choked up yet full of joy. Chase's love knows no bounds.

Try Ragdoll, Siamese or mix of them they are like Chase, my cat is mix of both and has tendencies of a pupoy dog and talks like Chase says No while knowing the meaning of it, enters room with big Mummm, high five’s, takes commands like sit, lay down , get up, come, go etc..
i never thought i would meet a cat like this until i met a cat we had at the rescue i work for. he was known for jumping/climbing on people's backs/necks when they came in his room and wouldn't get down! he and his daughter that he was rescued with have been adopted but now when i see a video of chase, i think of him.

This is so sweet. Years ago I had a cat that started hugging me when he was a kitten. In the mornings, when I was getting ready for work, he would stop me in the hallway with his paws up, waiting for me to pick him up. They are all so precious 💞💞💞

Oh my, I have had many, many fur babies through my 60+ years. I never had a kitty that has this kind of attachment anxiety. Wow, what a precious little guy! We, animal lovers, are still trying to figure these little fur balls out. Maybe cays and dogs are smarter than we give them credit for.
Great, expressive personality but he has a psychological problem from being traumatized as a kitten who was abandoned by his mother at 3 weeks old. It's called an attachment disorder. It's way over the top.
