Lisa, a single mother and felon by association, has taken on the job as a dancer in hopes to mesh her passion for dance with her means of survival. After learning that other dancers make more than her because of their body type, Lisa opts to get a Brazilian butt lift against the professional advice of two plastic surgeons. She visits an underground clinic that accepts all patients and has a cheaper price tag to get her procedure done. What was meant to be a three hour procedure, has now turned into the fight of her life.

I know, I saw on news show talking about women that go to seedy motel rooms not even hotel rooms, and pay people to inject their faces and butts with what they think is silicone filler that a doctor would do. But they were being injected with silicone from home depot. It winds up poisoning them it's toxic and if the doctors are able to remove this free-flowing silicone throughout their bodies and they're able to survive, the scarring is beyond grotesque. So sad.

1:10:14 spoiler alert Spoiler alert don't read below if you wish to be surprised. So The Killers stabs the receptionist that helps her get business. Then proceeds to kill all the other clients rather than even attempt the surgery. But rather than just kill the hussy that comes looking for her, she ties her up and gags her so she still making noise and squirming around. Then the other girl that went looking she just called killed her. Why is this one girl tied up and kept alive? Seems like an awful lot of work killing her would have been easier than tying her up. I guess she's going to be the sole survivor. Kind of weak part of the story.
