Hello everyone and welcome back to another Matchday Vlog on the Channel!
With no Blues action on bank holiday Monday, I decided to take the trip to Nottingham for a huge National League clash between Notts County and Solihull Moors. Coming into this game both teams were unbeaten and both teams were the highest scoring sides in the league so far this season! It was set up for an intriguing encounter
County started off the better of the two sides on the first half and we unlucky not to take the lead and be winning at half time. Moors had the odd chance here and there, but didn't threat the County goal enough. Second half came along with County starting the better of the two sides yet again and in the 65th minute a goal from Adam Chicksen made it 1-0 to Notts. Moors forward line were making good runs behind the County defense but the midfield weren't clinical enough throughout this game in order to set the strikers up for the chances. Moors pushed very late on, as well as Notts County looking for the second goal. Neither team could find the back of the net after County's first goal and it was a deserved win for Notts.
