Thank you mam.I wanted to deliver ideal preparation but some misunderstanding due to incorrect way done by seniors lead me to believe that occlusal plane should be flat . Although books always said the right thing.
Hi ma’am, there s dislodgement of crown in my patients. I don’t know where I am going wrong. It’s not because of short clinical crown. I follow proper crown preparation, can u jus guide me in which step I may go wrong.
Hello Shaima! Definitely...i'll probably put up a video later as I am getting many requests for the bur numbers. Meanwhile, you can drop an email on dent.tricks.tree@gmail.com, i'll forward you the list there. :)
Why should a non professional perform tooth preparation in the first place....they are not qualified to treat dental patients in any way and it is illegal. Besides, tooth preparation may seem like a simple procedure, but if not done correctly, it can have devastating effects on not only your oral cavity, but also the entire masticatory musculature and overall general health of a patient.... I have been referred cases ruined by "quacks" / non professionals (as you say)...and I have seen the complications that arise. So my suggestion would be....stay away from NON dentists!
@@teethstreet a bit late in my case, a technician (dont kmow wether he is a register one or not) allowed by my treating dentist and dental clinc( also to other paitents).have done the teeth shaping part , very very speddy manner , my gums got swollen, and pain started . This video is compiled based on my own failures and tried and tested methods over the few years of my practice. But, you can say that it is a combination of Contemporary Fixed Prosthodontics by Rosenstiel, Fundamentals of fixed prosthodontics by Shillingburg, Textbook of Prosthodontics by Nallaswamy and a few articles perhaps.
