can we set up payment plans, this what I need. I do this on Stripe directly, but can we set this up in Ciniko now, or do we have to do this separately on Stripe?

If you get in touch with Stripe, they can provide a detailed breakdown of the 3.2% fee (as it's currently tailored to your specific business requirements and setup).
