Fun fact, it's still better for Clint and other mm to use this, you can get at least 50 stacks a match, but that'll be 25 only, but if you used it to the proper users (roamers and tanks) they'll only get about 18 at most, which is a lot lower than those long ranges.
@@nanofreemanbro1247 Defense stats are so valuable if your a class of hero that is essy to one shot so even if thunderbelt is weaker on mm the defense never loses value unlike the axe that is worse because mm cant rely on it for damage because of the 50% weakness on mm
At 1:47 you already see his map awareness - he hit the beatle to see if alpha was going to ambush and then when he saw alpha was in middle he knew it was safe to get the beatle for extra resource
i recommand endless battle for lifesteal qnd cd and other thats worth more then thunder belt id recommand it to be your second build sense clint really needs endless battle for late and mid and early game
Thunder belt is op...and yes it should be 1st item..so you can stack as early as possible my highest stack is 127 on hylos..iused talent emblem "pull your self together" the one that reduced ur spell and item skill CD by 15%...
Thunderbelt on clint is ridiculously good IF you build the correct items supporting it with the correct emblem. Try one of these builds and see for yourself BUILD IN RESPECTIVE ORDER Emblem :- Assasin with movement in first slot, master assasin in second, and impure rage in third Build:- Start with a basic boot if u want the extra movement in start, can be avoided if you are alright , sell later 1) Thunderbelt, endlessbattle, sky piercer, Blade of deapair, melafic roar, blade of despair ( this build provides excellent poking damage with movement provided in 5/6 items, plus u get the same from emblem too, so boots can be ditched ) 2) Thunderbelt, endless battle, dragon spear,berserker fury, Blade of despair, malefic roar. (This is a critical variant, with movement speed still provided by 4/6 items , works great) The key thing in both builds is making thunderbelt and stacking it up early game instead of getting boots, which works wonders later on as Clint has more than enough damage early game , so he can focus on getting a thunderbelt which will work as a great extra damage dealing plus defensive item
@@matthewinahid2883 The great thing about this item is that it gives hybrid defence, which is good against both mages and marksmen. And it gives a tiny bit of extra true damage. Athena's shield helps only against mages. Usually, I get around 70 stacks in a game or 35 armor and 35 magic defence on top of flat 15 hybrid def. It is a total of 100 defensive stats + a decent amount of HP and extra true damage and slow. With a thunder belt, I can position and play much more aggressively. And I become much less dependent on the tank. The important thing to note is that I run the temporal reign emblems, which allow me to spam skills and deal insane damage, and - notably - constantly use enhanced basic attacks. Thunder belt helps me get the necessary sustain to survive through the early game and capitalize on the poke from enhanced basic attacks. I can literally use my 1st skill in the air to enhance my basic attack and then poke the enemy from safety.

@@matthewinahid2883 That's 50 added def stats on top of 30 base def stats. It amounts to 80 def stats in total, which is already pretty good. I'm slightly under 100 stars with 65% wr this season in ranked. Whenever I play, almost always other lanes are losing. These extra defensive stats are enough for more to survive the burst damage of fed enemies and deal enough damage myself. Will these defensive stats make me a tank? No, hell no. But they'll allow me to negate the penetration items. It is ONE item that solves my needs for both ARMOR and MAGIC RESISTANCE.
Stupid build, the best defense for marksman is all out for your damage.. no use high defense if you 1 vs 5.. fast eliminate enemy and you safe from enemy damage
