In my younger days, I watched Clint Walker in just about every western TV series, and watched many of his movies. I found him too be one of the most Iconic Western Actors there ever was. I throughly enjoyed his acting style, and was very sad to hear of his death. I love watching all the videos he made, Westerns especially. He is missed, and I am thankful I had the opportunity to see him at his best.
*I knew and respected Clint and Susan very much and valued their friendship. It offends me to hear such lies being put out about him, a very moral, respected gentleman who practiced what he preached*
Clint Walker lived to be 90 years old..he may have had to face a lot of problems throughout his life, but when it was time to go, he had to go. He did fine all his life. We all have problems to overcome, now & then. He went to Heaven, where he was supposed to be!!❤❤
I just got through watching Fort Dobbs with Clint in it. He made a great cowboy. Such a handsome man in anything he did. With his looks and ability to act the world missed out on him. He should have been used more and became an even bigger star. He was the hottest looking man they ever put a cowboy hat on. He was so cute in the Dirty Dozen. I didn’t realize he had passed. I have a magazine with him and his wife walking on their place. Must have been published shortly before his passing. Beautiful daughter also. I know he was proud of her.
My dad was 6'8" and was constantly compared to Clint Walker and Fess Parker! People thought he walked talked & resembled these two actors. My dad was an avid hunter, fisherman & loves the outdoors! My father was the same age as these two & passed at 90. Most very tall men have cardiac issues because their heart has to work harder to pump blood all the way to their extremities!
I ALWAYS ENJOYED HIS MOVIES, AND I WONDERED WAS HE PART INDIAN. HE WAS A VERY GOOD ACTOR. I HOPE HIM AND HIS FAMILY MADE IT TO HEAVEN..HE SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN A WARM AND KIND PERSON.
Clint Walker was one of my favorite actors I believed him to be very talented and caring person I try to watch all of the western movies he appeared in. RIP Clint.
I read somewhere that Sylvester Stallone wanted Clint to play his dad in the first Expendables movie. I don't know the reason why it never happened. I prefer to remember Clint Walker's acting career rather than his personal life. Fantastic physique and that gentle giant persona but if you pushed him..
What what I have read, he was just as nice in real life and he was in his roles. I've watched them all many time, still watch ever day. My TV is usually on the cowboy channel in my office. I loved the show when he went to New York and sang "Beautiful Dreamer" on stage in a dual role.
Cheyenne was my tv favourite westerns . Watching during my childhood days . I even bought a hat like he wore in Cheyenne while watching the series. He was my hero.
What a beautiful tribute to a terrific man a true man's man he had a incredible life a true mix of Atlanta and medical wonder thank you for this priceless story ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
His real name was Norman Eugene Walker. Hollywood used Jett Norman for just a couple of weeks. Jack Warner, the head of Warner Brothers studio, changed his name to Clint Walker.. For crying out loud, get your facts straight. Also, he died of congestive heart failure.
I was 5 years old in 1958, my Dad and older Brothers would watch all the TV westerns that aired at the time, and Cheyenne was one of them. Clint Walker still is one of many all around actors that attracts my attention anytime his face is on the screen. I have several movies that Clint made. He has always been a down to earth person to me. Cheyenne was my first experience of Clint Walker, at a very young age I realized there were two cowboy Clints on TV and I liked both.
Disgusting fake photoshopped photo! He looked great for his age in real life! Disgraceful behavior on your part! I can't stand amoral, greedy posters like this!
Why? Clint Walker was an iconic Western Star with a great series that showcase many a rising star on his show also had many ' great movie, not only that, anybody that ever spoke about him said he was a good man. After seeing that picture you posted I can't even watch your video.
To the narrator who’s doing this bit you forgot two other Clint Walker movies Fort Dobbs and Yellowstone Kelly and Clint Walker real name is Norman Eugene Walker.
That aged photo is NOT Clint Walker! My husband and I had the marvelous honor to meet him just a couple of years before he died and he DID NOT look anything like that. It was a great story. Why ruin it with a fake photo? It makes me want to keep on scrolling. If they use a fake photo how much of the story is accurate? Hummmm
Certainly not the part that claimed he was an alcoholic and heavy smoker. Both of those claims are untrue. He was into healthy living his entire life. He neither smoked nor drank.
Always best to know the truth . Just tell the truth? It makes sense. That was a horrible photo of him. Even it was aged explicitly far older; in appearance . Yet, some people can be so beautiful, handsome and turn haunted looking ,before death. Betty Davis and many others, were among them .
He was such a sweet man pass away happy , I no his step son ,a sweet man also . Took care of his wife until the day he died. His wife has dementia. He was such a good guy.
Why do they have to insult his memory by showing a picture of some ancient old fake relic from the Photoshop studios?. Shouldn't be allowed...He was 93...not 193...
@@chris-t5b9o He was 9 days away from being 91 y.o. at this death.. But the fake picture was photoshopped to look 125 y.o. for people to click on and to say some he had dark things were revealed about him before his death, fake for clickbait.
That is not Clint Walker clear looks, you can tell how it is painted and not a real skin color and not his nose, you have done these deformations looks to other star pictures and it is shameful!
You and others who present these videos have obviously doctored the images of famous people who have aged and succumbed to the ravages of old age should be ashamed of yourselves. For some unknown reason you think that age will not catch with you.
STOP DOING THIS! More and more RU-vidrs are photoshopping celebrities pics to enhance their age by about 70 years whether they are living or not. I Refuse To Watch Anybody's Video That Does This. It's Not Accurate And It's Not Real!!
Clint Walker was a wonderful actor. I still watch the show he made famous, Cheyenne, and still enjoy as much as I did when I was a kid. (I'm 23 away from 100). God Bless Clint's Family and Friends, Thank-you for sharing him. My Thoughts and Prayers are with you all. Be Safe, SHOW KINDNESS, COMPASSION, UNDERSTANDING, LOVE and don't forget to SMILE 😊.
When he died, he looked nothing like the horror picture in your thumbnail ! You give terrible disrespect to a fine man by producing such an ugly picture and presenting it as him.
@user-bg5jf9eg1k My biggest regret was, when we moved to the military base at 29 Palms, I did not take my children to the Roy Rogers museum in Apple Valley. His show was a Saturday morning TV staple, along with "Zorro", "The Cisco Kid and Poncho", "Sky King" some cartoons, and the Shirley Temple movies. I know one of his children moved it to the Midwest, but don't know if it even exists any more.
plus the bonanza cartright brothers, laramie's peter brown, james garner in maverick, guy madison as zorro, and the list goes on! clint was such a handsome, gifted actor who made each person he acted with that much better. he was a natural, and we all loved his deep voice. RIP CLINT WALKER; glad you found love many times during your lifetime. bettyg, iowa fan forever ... did love him also in DIRTY DOZEN.
As a straight guy i have to agree with you. Good looking is an understatement, 6' 6',' Chest and Shoulders of an Adonis, beautiful head of hair, woman must have loved Clint Walker. Cheyenne was my favourite show as a kid in the 50's and 60's.
I have to add my voice to say Clint Walker was always a favorite of mine, there wasn't one point in his career could be less than wonderful !! Thanks for the memories Clint, may you rest in peace !! Your service to our country is a testament to the legacy you've left us, whether TV, Movies, or our Military, you lead by example !! Thank you seems too little to say of the impact you had in everyone's lives by way of your career, you truly were a giant !! We are all still able to access the films of your career and I, for one, feel blessed by growing up with Cheyenne Bodie and the rest of the notable names you gave us and no matter the genres , westerns, war heroes, or just everyday guys, you never disappointed all of the multitudes of fans! Thank you, thank you, thank you !!! Rest in peace my friend ❤❤❤❤❤❤
My uncle and his girlfriend went on a double date with Mr Walker and his girlfriend. He shared what a great time they had and what a wonderful person he was.
