I can totally understand what you mean. And sometimes we... personally... can be our own worse enemy. Especially when we're left with our own thoughts. Which is why it's ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE... TO TALK ABOUT OUR FEELINGS WITH SOMEONE... ANYONE THAT'LL LISTEN. In doing so... talking our problems through with someone, it helps. It's not necessary for you to have to know that person either. In fact... think about it for a second. People you've talked to before... have you ALWAYS KNOWN THEM? HAVE YOU ALWAYS TALKED BEFORE? Hopefully... the answer is no. Here's why. In order for one to know another, you must what??? TALK! GET TO KNOW THEM. Yeah... maybe bombarding someone new or someone we've just met with all of our problems may not be the best thing. However... just the casual, "Hello"... "Hi"... "How are you"... "Beautiful Day today isn't it"... is a GREAT start. A GREAT START TO WHAT MAY LEAD TO A BEAUTIFUL FRIENDSHIP/RELATIONSHIP. And given what we've all experienced in these last few months, we could all benefit from these simple "Pleasantries". Remember... "WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER"! And nothing is more important than having a simple interaction with another human being. Hell... you may even find out that, maybe you're life isn't so dark after all. Or someone is dealing with something much more stressful. Take COVID-19 RECIPIENTS for example... ok... Not only were they too victims of this horrible virus, but they too were subjected to the same restrictions that many of us are still under. They too were probably stuck at home trying to help stomp out this virus but feel victim to it and ultimately succumbed from it. So try to imagine what like must've been like prior to contracting the virus. Being locked up at home.. all day everyday... only leaving for necessary essentials. They too may have had a much simpler life before all of this. Then suddenly life was put on hold. However... ironically, although life was put on hold... "LIFE" wasn't really on hold. I mean... life still continued. The earth continued to revolve, night turning into day, day into night, trees continued to grow, birds chirped joyfully... and our hearts continued to beat. Well... the fortunate ones, their hearts continued to beat. And for that... is what I mean by "Life" was put on hold but, wasn't really put on hold. But trust me... there are those battling these same issues. Longing for the past. The past we called "NORMAL". When in reality... there was nothing normal about it. Especially considering when I hear people say, "It's the NEW NORMAL". I say... there's nothing normal about day to day life. Why? Because history tells me that. History has a lovely way of REPEATING ITSELF. Think about it... years and years ago, probably before you and I existed or was thought of, something like this... terrorised our ancestors. It too, was a virus. The only difference was... it had another name. They called it something else. But historically... everything eventually repeats and/or returns. Therefore... when those say, "Its the NEW NORMAL NOW"... I say, no it isn't... But anyway... if you it anyone wishes to share simple pleasantries daily... im here. We could all use a friendly face, picture, voice, anything. So I say this.... Hello. How are you today. Im well. I hope all is well with you too. Hang in there... we're gonna make it.

Sometimes people are just not meant for each other. And that also means that neither you or the person did anything "wrong". Both of you are alright the way you are, you just probably aren't meant to be forever.

I totally get the point that ppl come and go it's just that going out and seeing ur friends and other ppl could've eased the pain 10x more but u just cant bc of the quarantine

Try to get outside as much as you can. Go hiking. Go see beauty outside. It’s hard to break yourself out of your mind and I’ve found that just being outside helps so much. Let the sun touch your skin and stare at the sky for too long. Recognize that there’s so much more out there. It will get better, I promise ♥️

Im in the same boat, no matter how many times it feels like I'm passed everything and ready to go out with friends and meet new people I just spiral down again because we cant do any of those things right now. It's really hard, just know you're not alone and that you can make it through this :)
