I thought maybe “taking your vitamins” was an attempt at control, where the body would do the regulation on its own if not for my interference with vitamin taking.

❤ I just had a surprising conversation on Facebook about how not everybody has an internal dialogue going on in their head😮 and I'm like what do you mean how do you function without reasoning about what's in front of you😂 this person responded that it's basically like the opposite of ADHD😮 and someone on that end of the scale would think it was wild and crazy to have some monkey brain doing the thinking for you and or with you😂❤ so now I am totally confused more than ever😂😂
Some Gurus in India say we do not think our own thoughts, that there is the Ancient Mind or Thought Sphere from which the same thoughts plague mankind & the happiest of men are those who have shut these out...or allowed these thoughts to pass through them as clouds pass by in the sky...while just remaining as the Observer of such things in meditation, knowing they are not you. And the biggest thing one comes to learn is that each human being is ONE with The Infinite! Or...ONE WITH ALL! Consciousness = E = Matter & Vice-versa When matter turns back to E. All is E.
