Because the way Niki acts with Jack (like them holding hands and matching phone case and halloween costumes) and Wilbur acts with Stubble (or whatever her name is), I'm not saying that they have dated, but their personality is just flirty like that. It's just weird seeing friends act flirty with each other, then get upset when people think they're dating
