Estou super decepcionada com o suporte do programa. Infelizmente a empresa Clo abriu um escritório no Brasil aparentemente só para vender mais licenças, mas o suporte aos novos usuários ficou a desejar. O software é muito incrível, mas se depender da comunicação para resolver algum problema é necessário esperar muito e sem a certeza de resolução. Fiz meu teste grátis de 30 dias e agora paguei a licença, mas infelizmente não consigo de forma alguma usar o software. Tenho a impressão que há algum conflito de conta, pois existe um id com meu email que consta apenas a licença expirada e em outro local do dashboard está o meu comprovante de pagamento, mas parece que uma coisa não tem a ver com a outra. Que decepção. Preciso de suporte urgente pois estou perdendo trabalhos.

hi, when adding buttons and buttonholes to the sleeve cuff, why must it be done individually for the left and right sleeve? is there a way for Clo to automatically replicate the positioning and sewing of the button/buttonholes on the other side so you don't have to do it twice?
