Was literally about to be disappointed because no video was uploaded when I woke up haha. (Will edit this after I finish watching.) Okay, finished watching now! Taka didn't go on the long tone for very long in this concert because he went to a higher note during it. They always sing this song overseas so if you go watch them in Melbourne (OF COURSE YOU WILL BE GOING TO MELBOURNE) then expect him to hit about 30 seconds. That's about how long he's been going since the Eye of the Storm Japan Tour (which just recently wrapped up last month). Taka has said that it's a game to him. He keeps pushing himself to go longer. The band's older songs have much more Japanese in them. Because their goal is to make it big overseas though, their recent songs are almost entirely in English. Even the Japanese version usually only has maybe a line or short verse in Japanese, and the rest is in English. (They release two versions of their album, a Japanese version and an international version; they usually have one or two different tracks.) A lot of people want them to sing more in Japanese. I do too, to be honest, because I think the combination of English and Japanese is awesome, but definitely the message of the lyrics become more relatable to foreigners when they're singing in English. Some of their best song messages are the songs in Japanese though, such as Kimi Shidai Ressha and Mikansei Koukyoukyoku. Make sure to check the translations if you react to those songs. 😁
