Great job. I think I have seen all your posts and that was definitely up there as one of the more awkward with downpipes and wires in the way. As for the mess where the drain was; if this is the third time it’s needed to be unblocked, you would think that the owner would realise they need to clean the stuff out of the way by now. Your patience and politeness is amazing Donald.

On first glance, that one didn't look too bad, almost contained in the toilet / shower room by the threshold, but no, it was everywhere! What a mess. Don't you ever worry about the amount of pressure you are going to encounter when you knock the caps off Donald? One of these days it is going to hit the ceiling!!! Nice clearance though.

Does anyone EVER get their stuff outta your way? My experiences taught me to clear the decks for action, then I ask the trades person, can I help, or just get outta the f%#%ing way. The answer is always the same 😅👍

God damn that is gonna be a b*tch for them to clean up. That got messy and backed up and then some. Not sure if that is an apartment basement they convert for an extra tenant but man if so that REALLY has to suck the unlucky person that had this happen to. 3rd time too....well.....at least you know this is good for business for you and others cause this is a consistent job and those cue tips will help back stuff up in that trap. :P Also those were some interesting and simple caps again. I think you only showed off caps like that one other time and that was it. That line I expected to be under a lot more pressure but surprisingly not too much. the utility room should be kept empty and locked from tenants. only maintenance should have a key (maybe and FD lockbox if electrical is in there? but they'll generally kill power outside, one way or another.

I tend to grunt out large firm man logs. 💩 I let them sit for several hours before flushing and, even then, I often still have to plunge. Then I say, “flowing like a river!” 🤣.

Almost every sewage overflow I see on here is in “ basement apartments “ I am so glad I live on the first floor and no one is above me 😂 But I am also not stupid and I don’t flush anything bar toilet paper. No wipes no Q tips etc.

That area around the trap, all those pipes , cables and wires, its like spaghetti junction down there, who comes up with a layout like that. On top of that you have the customers stuff getting in the way.
