for this team you need thundering fury otherwise you don't get to E 3 times a rotation and you'll never have enough energy. wanderer's troupe is probably better with his burst oriented play style though

It will increase Clorinde's personal damage but decrease the whole team dps since Chiori did a lot damage here + Zhongli can make geo construct.
