Adelaide on the morning of Nov 2nd, 2008. There was a really close strike at around 4:30. While I didn't catch the actual lightning bolt, you can see the reflection in the trees. Also, there was this "click" sound (need volume turned up) at the same time as the second flash, followed by a loud crack of thunder. The click apparently originates from ground streamers which didn't make contact with the main bolt. Alternatively, it might be electromagnetic in nature from powerlines or internal house wiring.
