Close Range sparring (08/10/2024) 

I've ruptured my eardrum seven times now. The inner cap under my headgear keeps coming loose from the first round, which makes it hard to focus on sparring. My Winning headgear is over a decade old, so I'm in the market for a new one. Even with a nose guard, my nose always ends up red and swollen after a match.
