Those drivers are used to queuing 10hrs in the garage waiting for fuel and you want Nancy to pay for him to sleep in the hotel for 4hrs, he was fed and slept in a car, finished, bring strangers to sleep in your house and live Nancy alone, if the driver didn't like treatment, he can quit
As in, after keeping him till that time, and he would be expected to come back to drive them the next day, i pray God gives him a better family to work for. I watched the video of what happened last night and was so disgusted.

@@ej2507 I am agreeing with Nancy about not allowing a stranger to sleep in her home. The man is a a grown up employee. People LIVE in their cars and Nancy offering him a safer option is no big deal. I have slept in my car many a times and even Nancy being a Nurse in a MUST have slept in her car at a point in time. Let’s not make it a bigger deal because DOCTORS sleep in their cars too.
Una many for Nigeria sha, i am a pharmacist, and a successful woman that thankfully have achieved alot at a young age with my husband, with a big mansion too, and i will never treat my staff in such inhumane way. Strangers don’t stay in my house, and everyone leaves before 6pm. I don’t care what drs do, but i can tell you that when I worked at ubth we had call rooms where we sleep. Anyone that decides to sleep in their cars is their decision, but you can’t keep your workers till midnight and then casually tell them to sleep in the car. Okay. There is no justification whatsoever.

Go under the bridges of Nigeria and offer those living there a resident in your car and compound and see every single one of them turn it down. I have a child that is doing his residency as a DOCTOR and another that is a NURSE and both have parked on the side of the road to sleep an so I have I. I just watched the video that cause this reaction, initially when i watched this your video I completely agreed with you, cos that is my own view too. But how can you allow your staff stay at work till midnight, knowing how dangerous Lagos is, and then refusing to accommodate him? Abi what kind of contract does he have with you that makes it okay for you to treat him that way? Me i am a rich woman too, and i can’t treat my workers like that, let them leave work on time, or you provide them with accommodation. Even if it’s to louge him in a cheap hotel where he can lay his head. The man is very humble but please don’t take advantage of people like that. I live in the UK temporarily and no one, even Nigerians working as nanny here will take such trash. Abeg, nor twist the narrative, what you did was completely wrong. Hope you compensated or compensate him when ever he works overtime cos of you don’t, na God go judge you. Nancy, I watched the video. U made the driver to work late in other to bring ur father from the airport. When the driver wanted to go home to his family, u instructed him to sleep in the car in order to help u park and load stuff in the money. Alas, I can believe u could show no empathy to ur staff, u are very selfish. U should be responsible for the safety of ur children and ur staff too. U should not make ur staff work late, and u compel him to sleep in the car. What if something bad happens to him? He is someone' child, father, and husband. U should have allowed the man to go home and be with his children. No, u were only concerned about ur children, ur father and ur needs. We must not be selfish and must treat everyone fairly.

I watch the video but I watched the video on another person RU-vid channel so what was explained on that video says that that person was a family driver of yours not like a stranger as you just said on your video so if that is actually the case I would say I understand where you're coming from
Nancy I can’t for the life of me understand what made people focused this hard on your driver. Secondly, why do you have to explain something like this to a mother or a father! Matter of fact what type of people following you and Korra? I can’t believe how easily these people are so manipulated.
