Close up look at upper and lower immediate snap-in overdentures 

In this video Dr. Rich talks about a set of immediate overdentures (also called snap-in dentures) that he made for a patient. The overdentures are held in place with Locator attachments in both the upper and lower jaw. They were made as immediate dentures because the patient didn’t want to be without teeth while his jaw healed after the extractions. The patient is currently having a final set of overdentures made. The final overdentures will be smaller than the immediate dentures, and the upper overdenture won’t cover the roof of the mouth.
