It’s for the TV show- no one actually died on set. And yes, people die in real life, hell people die in books, in songs… that’s life. Just chill. I’m sure you don’t give people grief on Halloween for dressing up in gory costume or having a prop knife. Just chill, okay? No need get offended for a hair barrette.
