The Jenna shirt is not the first shirt but the first successful shirt I have ever made thanks for the suggestion.

I agrée re thé Jenna shirt collar technique. I will definitely be using it for future makes. My Jenna shirt is waiting for the buttons to be sewn on. I think it’s a great pattern.

Lovely Jenna shirt Kristen and I was so happy to see it in that fabric because I bought a very similar one at the Stitch Festival from Pigeon Wishes yesterday. I think I’m going to make up the Melania dress from Tessuti in it x

Love your shirt Kristen, such a lovely colour too! I have so many shirt patterns am trying to convince myself i dont need the Jenna ! Definite FOMO over the stitch festival (and the sewing for pleasure recently too) but plenty of fabric to sew 😂

I love a great shirt. I just might try it. My shirt making efforts have not been fabulous so far. But the Jenna pattern might be worth a go. It looks great on you.

I noticed you didn't add the pocket to your Jenna shirt Kristen. I have a blue and white striped Jenna plus a Jenna dress in the Lion and Coyote print still waiting to be finished aswell as a pair of Fran pjs in some quilting cotton I had intended to back a bed quilt with. They are the three things I want to finish before the end of the month as I'm now home from having hip replacement surgery. Not really feel upright enough to sew right now as the pain killers are supremely strong and make me sleep but hoping to get to it before the end of the week. I do wish they had released the black and white print in a navy and white also as then us cooler toned people might have been able to utilise it in some way. The print is cool and would make a beautiful shirt. I just cannot wear the Autumnal shades as they are just too warm.

I'm also drooling over the stitch festival! Your tops are fabulous too - as usual!

Lovely tops. The Lynn Caftan is my next pattern to try - yours looks so good on you. Am just finishing a 2nd Atelier Jupe Zoey, which is another very pretty top.

I still work full time so don’t do a toile either, it’s been successful so far 😊
