With that said, I am super new to style and I have no idea how to know when to wear which bag-eg more structure, less structure, color, etc..., when to match bag and shoe color, when not to. While watching this video, I finally understood something about my own personal style! 😃 I love wearing flowing maxi-dresses and skirts, and when I wear pants, it’s always with a tunic-type top or long cardigan. But my handbags are very structured. I wondered why my clothing and handbag styles technically seem conflicting, but now I’m confident that the two styles create a BALANCE that I love. 😁 Thanks for your insight, Bethany!

I need to say that you and I have the same body shape, which is odd, I'm a Brazilian girl, daughter of a Portuguese and an Indian, but somehow it turned out to be this way. When I see your videos it feels like you are picking clothes for me, once you have a high sense of style and an amazing taste for accessories too you are almost my personal stylist. Love how soft spoken yet concise and calm you are. You should think about rolling down your cuffed pants and tailoring them to just above your ankle. Would make you look even taller and streamlined. The rolled cuff seems too high. Gonna check out some more of your videos! :)

Hi Bethany! I loved the video - especially loved the cardigan dress layering idea! I have a video request - as a walking commuter I have to be careful with my shoe choices to not mess up my feet. I live in a hilly city and walk to and from work - I also work in a design field so I have some freedom but I’m curious what you would suggest for shoe/office work? Thanks!
