Buying the home the sellers didn’t disclose that they recently filed for divorce. Paperwork was significantly delayed. The judge had to approve and sign. Great vid.

Yikes, that sounds like a nasty surprise. The listing agent should have made sure all of that was taken care of before they hit the market. Glad it sounds like it eventually worked out though! Thanks for watching :)

If I take over a sellers mortgage subject to and service the mortgage PITI monthly payments through a Loan servicer. Will the sellers still be able to qualify for a new mortgage even though I'm paying their debt Subject to?

Hmmm, interesting scenario. I feel like a lender might be a better source for an answer on that. I feel like it will depend on a lot of different factors with the original borrower and the loan type etc. Do you have a good lender that you can bounce that question off of?
