1. Stop being sensitive. There are more scary things in the real world. Can't believe your comment has two likes. 2. Having What-A-Cartoon shorts was pretty common in the Turner Home Entertainment era of Hanna-Barbera releases.

I remember this cartoon, it freaked me out, Flick did swallowed shake but shake escaped at the end, it makes no sense for something that small to swallow entire dog unless flicks insides were bigger than the outside, this reminds me of Tom and Jerry but more gruesome

It was technically the standard promo for Scooby-Doo releases at the time but with a snow filter to make it Christmas themed. Kind of lazy of Turner to not put a generic Christmas themed promo there.

1. It's called bonus material. Sometimes it doesn't have to be related to the main program at all (and that's ok). 2. There are actually 2 Scooby episodes on this. 3. Having What-A-Cartoon shorts was pretty common in the Turner Home Entertainment era of Hanna-Barbera releases.
