He does believe they exist, but he doesn't believe that they can do anything (which is correct, Starclan controls absolutely nothing in the Warrior Cats Universe).
Well I used cap cut for the beginning I used a tweening method, I recommend looking up a tutorial of you haven’t done that before. And the rest, just practice from using the app a lot. O and plz give me credit if you end up doing something like this.
