CloudRF legacy TAK interface setup 

Adding the CloudRF RF modelling API to ATAK 4.5 with a data package. This is obsolete now but retained for reference.
1) Create a free account at CloudRF.com
2) Download the "TAK Server" .zip containing your certificates
3) Copy the .zip to your phone/tablet's SD card
4) Use ATAK's import tool to open the .zip
5) Enable the server at api.cloudrf.com from ATAK's network settings
6) Open the Geochat and send "help" to CloudRF-API to test comms
7) Authenticate with the CloudRF API with "auth {key}" using your standard CloudRF API key from the same page you fetched the .zip (Tip: Copy/paste the key into a text file and copy it to your device, then long-press copy/paste it into the chat channel)
8) Select equipment with "eqpt" and "use {template}"
9) Create a coverage layer by drawing a circle in ATAK and sending it to the API in Geochat.
